20220308570 · 2022-09-29 · ·

Provided are a method for obtaining vehicle diagnosis software, a server and a diagnosis device. In the method, the diagnosis device sends an acquisition request of target diagnosis software to the server based on a target vehicle, where the acquisition request includes a vehicle identification code; the server determines whether the target vehicle has an authorization qualification of the target diagnosis software based on the acquisition request, to obtain a determination result; the server performs an operation based on the determination result. Only the target vehicle with the authorization qualification can download the software, realizing the flexible configuration of the diagnosis device and configuring the diagnosis device based on user's actual requirement to complete the vehicle diagnosis, and reducing waste of resources.

Test information management device, test information management method, and non-transitory computer readable storage medium

A test information management device manages test information relating to a test carried out by receiving a test signal output from a first device in a second device. The test information management device includes a linker configured to link together first information including information representing an output state of the test signal in the first device and second information including image information representing reception results of the test signal in the second device using at least one of identification information for identifying the first device or the second device and times at which the first information and the second information are generated.

AUTONOMOUS LAWN MOWING SYSTEM

An autonomous lawn mowing system and method comprising receiving data from at least one autonomous lawn mower of a fleet of autonomous lawn mowers. The data comprising at least sensor data from one or more sensors associated with the at least one autonomous lawn mower. The sensor data is captured while the at least one autonomous lawn mower traversed an environment in accordance with a mow pattern. Based at least in part on the data, generating information indicative of one or more of: a diagnostic of the at least one autonomous lawn mower, an attribute associated with the environment, or a metric associated with the at least one autonomous lawn mower performing a task, and providing the information to a user.

APPLIANCE COMPONENT FAULT DETECTION

An appliance having a current sensor configured to monitor load current in the appliance associated with operation of one or more components for determining a fault condition thereof. The appliance comprises a smart controller configured to control operations of the appliance and the one or more components each configured to perform an operation of the appliance in response to the smart controller. An input/output (IO) circuit coupled to the smart controller via a local data bus is configured to receive commands from the smart controller and to control the one or more components in response thereto.

Interventional control method based on computer control system and interventional computer control system

An interventional control method based on a computer control system. An interventional control system is designed on the basis of an original computer control system; the analog-to-digital conversion unit of the interventional control system receives a signal from the data acquisition module of the original computer control system and said signal is processed by a control processing unit according to a built-in program; then a digital-to-analog conversion unit performs digital-to-analog conversion on the signal output by the control processing unit and then outputs a signal obtained after the digital-to-analog conversion to the analog-to-digital conversion unit of the original computer control system. According to the interventional computer control system, on the basis of an original computer control system, the analog-to-digital conversion unit of the interventional control system receives a signal output from the data acquisition module of the original computer control system and control processing is performed on said output signal; then the digital-to-analog conversion unit of the interventional control system outputs a signal to the analog-to-digital conversion unit of the original computer control system. The function upgrade of an original computer control system is implemented without changing the operating program of the original computer control system.

Industrial bottleneck detection and management method and system

The present invention includes: (a) a method for improving data to be processed for bottleneck detection, by cleaning corrupt or outlier data; (b) a method for improved analysis of bottleneck data using a plurality of rules for categorization; and (c) a method for improved display and/or allowing improved user feedback for bottleneck data using multivariate analysis and display. These methods can be used alone, or preferably be combined in whole or in part together to improve performance of an industrial process. A system is also provided.

An on-board diagnostics device (10) and system, a testing method and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium are disclosed. The on-board diagnostics device (10) may include: a master control module (11), a controller (12), a selection module (13), and a plurality of protocol transceivers (14), where the selection module (13) is connected to some or all of protocol transceivers (14); the master control module (11) is configured for controlling the controller (12), the selection module (13) and the protocol transceivers (14), and performing data transceiving on the basis of the selected protocol transceivers (14) and corresponding pins; the controller (12) is configured for receiving an external control signal and controlling the selection module (13) according to the external control signal; the selection module (13) is configured for switching between different protocol transceivers (14) and the pins; and the protocol transceivers (14) are configured for data transceiving of supported protocols.

Using latent diagnostic capabilities for additional CAN bus monitoring

Systems and methods are provided for enhancing diagnosis of control logic by automatically triggering latent or quiescent diagnostic logic in response to a CAN bus signal and without requiring a software update of the control logic. The diagnostic logic may be triggered to provide an increase in the frequency of CAN messages that are generated. The diagnostic logic may be further triggered to provide a generation of additional CAN messages reporting operation signals beyond those that are normally generated. The diagnostic logic may be further triggered to provide higher priority to selected CAN messages reporting operation signals. The diagnostic logic may be still further triggered to one or more of increase the frequency of selected CAN report messages, generate additional CAN messages reporting operation signals beyond those that are normally generated, and/or provide higher priority to selected CAN messages reporting operation signals, each without requiring a software update.

Vehicle security enhancement
11130455 · 2021-09-28 · ·

This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to vehicle security enhancement. For example, a vehicle may receive a plurality of data values from an onboard diagnostic system (OBD) of a vehicle, wherein a first data value is received from a first sensor of the vehicle and a second data value is received from a second sensor of the vehicle. The vehicle may determine a third data value received from a controller area network (CAN) bus of the vehicle. The vehicle may determine the third data value is associated with a false message originating from a device external to the vehicle based on performing a correlation analysis between the first value, the second value and the third value. The vehicle may discard the third data value based on the correlation analysis.
