Video streaming user interface with data from multiple sources
A management server receives a request to view video content; access a stream of video content corresponding to the request; access and store, in one or more databases, metadata associated with the video content, wherein the metadata includes a plurality of detections and was generated by the video gateway device based on an analysis of the video content and previously uploaded to a remote computing device; generating and causing display of a user interface that includes: the stream of the video content, a seek bar configured to be manipulated by a user so that the user can navigate through the video content, and the metadata overlaid on the seek bar such that the plurality of detections are overlaid at locations on the seek bar corresponding to when the plurality of detections were detected.
System and method for providing an adaptive user interface on an electronic appliance
A controllable device, such as a set top box, responds to a transmission received from a one of a plurality of controlling devices of differing capabilities by entering into a one of a plurality of operating modes wherein the one of the plurality of operating modes entered into corresponds to the capabilities of the controlling device from which the transmission originated.
Pulse density modulation systems and methods
Systems and methods for programmable pulse density modulation (PDM) components enable backwards compatibility while maintaining reasonable tolerances. A system includes a programmable PDM device, a PDM master device and a bus communicably coupling the programmable PDM device to the PDM receiver. The PDM device may include an audio sensor, audio input circuitry, a delta-sigma converter and a PDM transmitter and receiver. The PDM transmitter and receiver may send out PDM data from the PDM device and receive programming data from the PDM Master device. The PDM device may further include register space controlled by the PDM master device, a buffer storing audio data for wakeup word systems that store audio data when the PDM receiver is powered down, a bus holder to hold the previous value on the bus if no device is driving it, and/or a clock multiplier to multiply the incoming clock by a factor.
Adaptive pattern recognition based controller apparatus and method and human-factored interface therefore
The need for a more readily usable interface for programmable devices is widely recognized. The present invention relates to programmable sequencing devices, or, more particularly, the remote controls for consumer electronic devices. The present invention provides an enhanced interface for facilitating human input of a desired control sequence in a programmable device by employing specialized visual feedback. The present invention also relates to a new interface and method of interfacing with a programmable device, which is usable as an interface for a programmable video cassette recorder.
TWO-WIRE COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS AND APPLICATIONS
Disclosed herein are two-wire communication systems and applications thereof. In some embodiments, a slave node transceiver for low latency communication may include upstream transceiver circuitry to receive a first signal transmitted over a two-wire bus from an upstream device and to provide a second signal over the two-wire bus to the upstream device; downstream transceiver circuitry to provide a third signal downstream over the two-wire bus toward a downstream device and to receive a fourth signal over the two-wire bus from the downstream device; and clock circuitry to generate a clock signal at the slave node transceiver based on a preamble of a synchronization control frame in the first signal, wherein timing of the receipt and provision of signals over the two-wire bus by the node transceiver is based on the clock signal.
Determining alerts based on video content and sensor data
One or more video gateway devices configured to: access pre-configured criteria including at least a first condition, a second condition, and a first event; access video content captured by cameras configured to capture video of areas of a manufacturing facility; determine, based on an analysis of the video content, that the first condition is satisfied; access sensor data from one or more sensors; determine, based on an analysis of the sensor data, that the second condition is satisfied; and based on determining that the first and second conditions are satisfied, cause the first event to be executed.
Modular control device
A modular control device for controlling a device, a process or an application, comprises a plurality of control modules, a module housing base, comprising an electronic motherboard where a plurality of electrical base contact groups is formed, arranged as an array, each electrical base contact group implementing an electrical connection with the electrical module contacts, and an electronic output interface operatively connected to the base. Each control module is provided with releasable coupling means adapted to allow quick fitting and release of each control module on and off the base. The motherboard is configured to bring electrical power to each control module fitted on the base, recognize placement and orientation of each module fitted on the base, and transmit to the electronic output interface electrical control signals generated by the control modules. The electronic output interface converts electrical control signals into electrical output signals compatible with the device, process or application to be controlled.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
An electronic device and method for predicting whether a manufactured product will exhibit a potential defect by providing measurement information of a home appliance as input to a first learning network model and a second learning network model trained to predict whether the home appliance will exhibit a potential defect, applying a first weight to first prediction information output from the first learning network model and a second weight to second prediction information output from the second learning network model, identifying a probability that the home appliance will exhibit the potential defect based on weighted first prediction information of the first prediction information to which the first weight is applied and second prediction information of the second prediction information to which the second weight is applied. The first learning network model is a supervised learning network model and the second learning network model is an unsupervised learning network model.
