Provided are a server for maintenance, a remote monitoring system, and a remote monitoring method. The server is connected, via a network, to a plurality of working machines each including a working machine display device that displays machine state information and a working machine operating device to be used for predetermined operation, and to a monitoring terminal that includes a display part and remotely monitors information on the working machines. Communication between each of the plurality of working machines and the server is one-way communication from the working machines to the server. The server includes a first storage part, a second storage part, and a display processing part. The display processing part generates a display part simulated image, and causes the display part of the monitoring terminal to display a maintenance screen including the display part simulated image.

The controller is configured to generate a travel path for the movable crane to move an object coupled with the movable crane based on the one or more intersection regions and generate an output signal to an alarm device to provide an alert, when at least one object of the plurality of objects is within a predetermined proximity of at least the object being moved by the crane.

The electronic module includes a memory that is configured to store a mass-dependent value of the object or of rotating parts of the system, a housing, and a processor that is positioned within the housing. The processor is configured to receive a mass-dependent value of the object, store the mass-dependent value of the object in the memory, calculate a torsional oscillation dampening signal using an algorithm that is based at least in part on the mass-dependent value of the object or of the rotating parts of the system, and transmit the torsional oscillation dampening signal to the motor control thereby dampening torsional oscillation of the object rotating in the horizontal plane.

The operator control unit includes a user interface configured to receive one or more commands from an operator for controlling the machine, and a wireless interface configured to transmit a message based on the one or more commands received via the user interface. The programmable logic controller is configured to, in response to receiving the message transmitted by the operator control unit, transmit one or more control signals to the machine to control operation of the machine. The system does not include any machine control unit (MCU) separate from the operator control unit and the programmable logic controller.
