Facility control system and facility control method
A facility control system comprises a selection processing portion that selects, based on a manual operation and when an abnormal condition occurs in a first-layer computer that executes a first-layer program which issues an apparatus operating command to an apparatus controller, whether to cause a second-layer computer to execute the first-layer program that had been executed by the first-layer computer, and a substitute command output processing portion which outputs a substitute command in accordance with selection information selected by the selection processing portion. The second-layer computer executes the first-layer program that had been executed by the first-layer computer in which the abnormal condition occurred based on a substitute command outputted by the substitute command output processing portion.
ELECTROMAGNETIC TRANSPORT SYSTEM
In an electromagnetic transport system, a transport route is divided into transport sections, each including at least one transport segment. A section control unit is assigned to each transport section, and a segment controller is assigned to each transport segment. A logistics unit, specifies a destination of the transport units to the section control units via the logistics network. Section control units are connected to the segment controllers of associated transport segments via a segment network and are designed to; determine a track section for the associated transport section from the destination, determine target values using the track section and to transmit the target values to the segment controllers via the segment network. Segment controllers supply current to drive coils using target values and occurring actual values to generate a magnetic field which interacts with drive magnets of the transport units to move the transport units.
MACHINING OPERATION ASSISTING DEVICE AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A numerical control device as a machining operation assisting device extracts an operation item whose necessity changes depending on the operating state of a machine tool, determines the necessity of the operation item based on the operating condition of the machine tool, adds the necessity to the operation item, and determines the presence or absence of an operation to be executed by an operator based on the necessity added to the operation item. Then, a screen of a display unit of the numerical control device as the machining assisting device, a terminal device of the operator, or a computer managing the machine tool in a factory, for example, is informed of the determined necessity of the operation item.
Electromagnetic transport system
In an electromagnetic transport system, a transport route is divided into transport sections, each including at least one transport segment. A section control unit is assigned to each transport section, and a segment controller is assigned to each transport segment. A logistics unit, specifies a destination of the transport units to section control units via the logistics network. Section control units are connected to segment controllers of associated transport segments via a segment network and are designed to: determine a track section for the associated transport section from the destination, determine target values using the track section and transmit the target values to the segment controllers via the segment network.
