Method for producing a product compilation
The invention relates to a method for producing a product compilation, which comprises at least one main product and at least one or more subproducts. The main product or a subproduct is provided as a leading object with machine-readable data, which comprise a process key (1), which comprises at least one uniform resource identifier (URI, 2) and a control element region (3), wherein, in the production process, at least one machine recognizes the process key (1) and a work step of the machine is triggered by the process key (1).
System and method for tracing a product item
The present application concerns a system for tracing a product item (102, 104) on a production line (100) comprising a control unit (10) and a timestamp counter (11), wherein the control unit (10) is configured to receive a product signal related to the product item (102, 104) from at least one peripheral device (12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26). According to the invention, the control unit (10) is further configured to carry out the method steps of receiving a plurality of product signals each relating to a product item (102, 104) and a peripheral device (12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26), generating a plurality of event signals, wherein each event signal is based on one of the product signals, arranging the event signals in a sequence corresponding to an order in which the product signals were received, and associating a timestamp generated by the timestamp counter (11) with the sequence.
Method for the decentralized control of processing machines
A method for controlling machines (M1, M2, . . . ), which are provided for the processing of objects (O1, O2, . . . ), includes introducing an object (O1, O2, . . . ) into a working region of a machine (M1, M2, . . . ) and accessing, in a local environment of the machine (M1, M2, . . . ), a process key (PS1, PS2, . . . ), which is associated with the object (O1, O2, . . . ) and which contains at least one URI (unified resource identifier). The object (O1, O2, . . . ) is then processed using the URI contained in the process key (PS1, PS2, . . . ).

Method of facilitating check grader reaction to output produced by automatic board lumber grading system
A method of improving board feature quality grading facilitates human check grader reaction to grading output. The method entails specifying, for application by an automatic grading system to the faces of boards passing through a scanning zone, a virtual grade expressed by a range of values that overlap values in two of successive standard rule-based grades representing higher and lower board feature qualities; producing a signal in response to detection of a board feature quality representing a virtual grade value of a board analyzed by the automatic grading system; indicating, in response to the signal, a virtual grading designation onto the board to alert a check grader to assess whether the board exhibits board feature quality that exceeds the lower board feature quality; and assigning to the board the standard rule-based grade representing the higher board feature quality whenever the check grader's assessment concurs with the virtual grade designation.

SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING PHARMACEUTICAL PACKAGING MEANS, METHOD FOR OPERATING SUCH A SYSTEM, AND MONITORING DEVICE
A system for processing pharmaceutical packaging includes an apparatus with a processing chamber and processing station. An insertion opening is formed in a wall of the apparatus. A transportable container includes an interior for receiving a pharmaceutical production element and a container opening that can be closed and opened via a closing element. The container is dockable to the apparatus. The production element is transferable from the interior into the processing chamber when the closing elements are open. A monitoring device, which includes at least one reading unit and at least one identification element, is arranged on or part of the production element. State information about the production element is stored on or in the identification element, for example in a memory member of the identification element. The state information is readable contactlessly by the reading unit. The system can be monitored by a monitoring method.
