IDENTIFYING AND MANAGING EQUIPMENT WITHIN AN OPERATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
Embodiments are directed to apparatuses and methods for managing and producing equipment within an operational environment. In one scenario, a method is performed that includes generating an organizational database structure that maintains information associated with equipment that is part of an operational environment. The organizational database structure includes information indicating which packable items are associated with the piece of equipment. The method further includes accessing the generated organizational database structure to identify physical operational environment factors that affect which pieces of equipment are to be currently produced within the operational environment. The method then evaluates the identified physical operational environment factors to determine whether the specified piece of equipment is to be currently produced within the operational environment and, upon determining that the specified piece of equipment is to be currently processed within the operational environment, the specified piece of equipment is produced and provided to the operational environment.
Method for producing a product compilation
The invention relates to a method for producing a product compilation, which comprises at least one main product and at least one or more subproducts. The main product or a subproduct is provided as a leading object with machine-readable data, which comprise a process key (1), which comprises at least one uniform resource identifier (URI, 2) and a control element region (3), wherein, in the production process, at least one machine recognizes the process key (1) and a work step of the machine is triggered by the process key (1).

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DELIVERING MANAGEMENT
Disclosed a method and a system for delivering management, and the method includes: monitoring a delivering information received by a manufacturing execution device according to a preset period (S11); determining whether the delivering information of the manufacturing execution device is updated (S12); if yes, sending an updated delivering information to a material controlling device (S13); performing feature content identification on the updated delivering information (S14); marking priority to the delivering information according to the identified feature content (S15); and performing delivering work according to the marked priority (S16). Monitoring a delivering information received by a manufacturing execution device according to a preset period, sending an updated delivering information to a material controlling device, performing feature content identification on the delivering information of a to be delivered product, marking a delivering priority, thus the delivering efficiency of the transportation system is improved and delivering costs are saved.
Method for the decentralized control of processing machines
A method for controlling machines (M1, M2, . . . ), which are provided for the processing of objects (O1, O2, . . . ), includes introducing an object (O1, O2, . . . ) into a working region of a machine (M1, M2, . . . ) and accessing, in a local environment of the machine (M1, M2, . . . ), a process key (PS1, PS2, . . . ), which is associated with the object (O1, O2, . . . ) and which contains at least one URI (unified resource identifier). The object (O1, O2, . . . ) is then processed using the URI contained in the process key (PS1, PS2, . . . ).
