Abstracted display building method and system

A machine can be accessed and controlled with the help of an interface device. The customizable interface device contains device elements that define features relating to the external representation and internal functionality of the interface device, as linked to one or more machines. An operator can use a configuration station to implement single or reoccurring queries that interact with the interface device and corresponding machines. In particular, the queries target the configuration of device elements in the interface device. The process can include temporarily unloading unused features from active memory and mirroring property changes initialized by a source. An emulator can assist in the configuration process by providing a preliminary software representation of the interface device hardware. A user can develop, test, and reconfigure functions on the emulator before loading the finalized platform to the interface device.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANAGING IOT DEVICE, AND SERVER AND STORAGE MEDIUM THEREOF

The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for managing an IoT device. The method includes: acquiring device information and logic information of the IoT device, wherein the logic information is intended to indicate a logical attribute of the IoT device; generating a tree topology based on the device information and the logic information of the IoT device, wherein the tree topology comprises at least two layers of asset nodes, leaf nodes of the at least two layers of asset nodes being device asset nodes, non-leaf nodes being the device asset nodes or logical asset nodes, the device asset node corresponding to the IoT device, and the logical asset node corresponding to the logical attribute of the IoT device; and acquiring an ordered tree topology by sorting asset nodes in a same hierarchy in the tree topology.

The server can transmit a display update for the electronic-ink display of an identified electronic tracking device through at least one of the wireless access points based on determining that the operation notification includes a transition from a current manufacturing process step to a next manufacturing process step.
