Line configuration planning device
A line configuration planning device determine a task sequence during production of the to-be-produced product and the task time by the worker or the automatic machine for each task on the basis of the task information and the task time information. The line configuration planning device determine a required cycle time for producing the to-be-produced product on the basis of the production plan information. The line configuration planning device generate, on the basis of the determined task sequence, task time, and required cycle time, an allocation proposal for the worker and the automatic machine such that an estimated cycle time for producing the to-be-produced product is less than or equal to the required cycle time. The line configuration planning device determine a production line configuration for the to-be-produced product on the basis of the allocation proposal and the equipment configuration information.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COGNITIVE ASSISTANCE IN AT LEAST PARTIALLY MANUAL AIRCRAFT ASSEMBLY
A system for cognitive assistance in aircraft assembly includes a system to monitor an aircraft assembly process and acquire physical and physiological data on a human worker performing assembly operations. A cognitive model of the human worker on a data-processing device is coupled to the monitoring system to receive acquired physical and physiological data of the human worker, the cognitive model configured to provide state information on the human worker and prognostic data on expected behavior of the human worker during the aircraft assembly process. The state information and the prognostic data are continuously updated during the aircraft assembly process. A system control is coupled to the monitoring system and the cognitive model to assess current state of the aircraft assembly process based on the monitored aircraft assembly process, the state information of the of the human worker and the prognostic data of the cognitive model.
INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD AND COMPUTER PROGRAM
An information processing apparatus (3) according to an embodiment includes: a context analysis unit (310) that analyzes at least one or more contexts of a user (2), an environment, or a robot (1) based on acquired information; a work plan generation unit (330) that determines, regarding work executed by the user and the robot in cooperation, for each of steps of the work, whether to have the user or the robot execute the step, based on the context, and generates a work plan of the work; and a step determination unit (340) that determines the steps to be executed by the user and the steps to be executed by the robot, based on the work plan.
LINE CONFIGURATION PLANNING DEVICE

The line configuration planning device determine a required cycle time for producing the to-be-produced product on the basis of the production plan information. The line configuration planning device generate, on the basis of the determined task sequence, task time, and required cycle time, an allocation proposal for the worker and the automatic machine such that an estimated cycle time for producing the to-be-produced product is less than or equal to the required cycle time. The line configuration planning device determine a production line configuration for the to-be-produced product on the basis of the allocation proposal and the equipment configuration information.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING AN ITEM OF SWITCHGEAR CABINET EQUIPMENT OF MODULAR CONSTRUCTION
A system and method for mounting a modular switch cabinet equipment in a switch cabinet housing (6) includes a computer-aided assistance unit (1) for determining a production-efficient assembly step sequence. The system and method further include at least one display unit (11-11′) for image and/or text information, which is installed at the assembly site for at least one fitter (M) in order to visualize manual assembly steps (A; B; D) of the determined assembly step sequence. The system and method further includes at least one input unit (12-12′) for acknowledgement of the completed assembly step (A; B; D) by the fitter (M).
AUTONOMOUS MACHINE COLLABORATION
A controller including a processor configured to obtain a message from a task performing agent of a group of task performing agents allocated to a plurality of tasks, wherein the message comprises information about one or more assessments of the task performing agent, wherein the one or more assessments are based on a sensing process performed by one or more sensors of the task performing agent, wherein the task performing agent is an autonomous machine or a human agent equipped with sensors; and allocate a task of the plurality of tasks to the task performing agent, based on the information and based on whether the task performing agent is an autonomous machine or a human agent.
CONTROL APPARATUS, CONTROL SYSTEM, CONTROL METHOD, AND PROGRAM
A request response processing unit calculates, based on observation information about the agent, at least one other agent near the agent, and the task, a request parameter as to whether or not to request help, and a response parameter as to whether or not to respond to a request from the at least one other agent. An importance processing unit performs processing for calculating, based on at least the request parameter of the at least one other agent and the response parameter of the agent, importance of each of the tasks for the agent. A task selection unit selects the task to be performed by the agent according to the importance. A task execution unit controls the agent so that it performs the selected task.

Machine human interface—MHI
A method for operating a machine-human interface in an automation environment includes receiving or automatically retrieving, by a machine-human interface computer, sensor data corresponding to a plurality of humans working the automation environment. The machine-human interface computer applies a human model to the sensor data to yield a plurality of human state records, each human state record corresponding to one of the humans working within the automation environment. The machine-human interface computer also identifies automation tasks using a factory state schedule. Based on the plurality of human state records, the machine-human interface computer assigns the automation tasks to the plurality of humans.
