The ratio calculation module calculates a ratio parameter according to a total outlier product quantity corresponding to risky combinations in the relevance information and a total product quantity in the to-be-analyzed data. The weighting calculation module calculates a weighting parameter according to a number of the risky combinations in the relevance information and a total number of combinations of production control factors in the to-be-analyzed data. A production equipment selectively adjusts settings of the production operation procedure according to the ratio parameter and the weighting parameter.

Method of design and manufacturing concrete structures subjected to relevant cyclic loads along their service lives, as wind towers, and a fatigue testing machine. The method consists on the design of concrete structures conditioned by cyclic loads considering a fatigue strength value specified by the project as one of the main design parameters, which will be verified during the manufacturing phase as one of the control parameters of the quality assurance plan by performing fatigue strength test on concrete samples representative of the concrete structural elements produced on said manufacturing phase. The method allows to decouple the concrete fatigue strength from the compressive strength of the material, which is why includes a verification of the fatigue strength as a part of a quality assurance plan of production according to a new developed procedure.
EXERCISE SYSTEM TEST STATION SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Exercise system test station systems and methods are provided. The test station may include a frame and a trolley movably coupled to the frame. The trolley may include at least one deployable test assembly configured to perform one or more tests on an exercise system when the exercise system is positioned within the frame. The test station may include a workstation and/or a safety light curtain. The at least one deployable test assembly may include a spinner assembly configured to drive a portion of the drivetrain of the exercise system, a knob tester mechanism, a sound and vibration test module, or any combination thereof. The test station may be provided as part of a production line. The product line may include an AGV configured to carry the exercise system through production. Associated methods of testing the exercise system using the test station are also provided.
