An analysis device is a device for use for a component mounting device including a pickup member configured to be moved relative to a board by means of a moving device and a contact detection sensor configured to detect that a component picked up by the pickup member is brought into contact with the board to analyze a mounting state of the component mounting device. The analysis device includes a storage device configured to store multiple detection result data relating to detection results obtained by the contact detection sensor when the component is mounted on the board in association with mounting conditions when the detection results are obtained by the contact detection sensor, and an output device configured to count the multiple detection result data stored in the storage device by at least two conditions in the mounting conditions and output the multiple detection result data so counted.
Mounting board manufacturing system
A mounting board manufacturing system includes a component placing device; a library; an operation information counter; and a corrector. The component data includes a control parameter for executing the component placing work by the component placing device, and information regarding the component. The operation information counter counts a score of the component placing work for each component data based on operation information including a result executed by the component placing device. The corrector selects correction component data that is a target to be corrected from a plurality of the component data based on the score and corrects the control parameter of the correction component data.

An optimization device of a component mounting line of the present invention includes a cycle time calculating section which calculates respective cycle times required for mounting components of component types which are allocated to each of the component mounting machines by the optimization process onto a single board, an excluded machine setting section which sets a specific portion of the component mounting machines to be excluded from further calculation processes, a balance efficiency calculating section which calculates a line balance efficiency indicating a degree to which the cycle times of the component mounting machines which are not excluded are equalized, and a balance efficiency display section which displays the line balance efficiency. Accordingly, the results of the optimization process which is carried out before starting production of the board are evaluated appropriately and the original device performance of the component mounting line can be utilized.
