A control device is for controlling an industrial machine. The control device has a display control unit that divides a screen displayed on a display unit into a plurality of regions and displays representations, on the regions, concerning respective motion executions of the machine, a detection unit that, when a plurality of the representations are displayed in a combination, detects operation of a user on the machine or detects a time period in which a display pattern indicating the combination of representations has been displayed without change, and a saving unit that, when the detected operation is a predetermined operation having been set in advance or the display time period of the detected display pattern is equal to or longer than a predetermined time period having been set in advance, saves the display pattern when the detection has been performed as an intended display pattern.
Graphical user interface (GUI) systems and methods for refactoring full-size process plant displays at various zoom and detail levels for visualization on mobile user interface devices
Graphical user interface (GUI) based systems and methods are disclosed for regionizing full-size process plant displays for rendering on mobile user interface devices. A regionizer application receives a full-size process plant display that graphically represents at least a portion of a process plant that includes graphic representations of a plurality of process plant entities. The regionizer app determines display region(s) of the full-size process plant display that define corresponding view portions of the full-size process plant display. The display regions are transmitted to a mobile user interface device for rendering by a mobile display navigation app. The GUI based systems and methods can also automatically detect graphical process control loop display portions within full-size process plant displays for rendering on mobile user interface devices. The GUI based systems and methods can further refactor full-size process plant displays at various zoom and detail levels for visualization on mobile user interface devices.
Intelligent display assembly for CNC machine
An intelligent display assembly includes a display and a microcontroller. The display is mounted to a CNC machine and provided with a light emitting module and a display module opposite to the light emitting module. The microcontroller is electrically connected with the CNC machine and the display, such that the microcontroller receives an operating status signal outputted by the CNC machine, and according to the operating status signal, the microcontroller controls the light emitting module to emit light and controls the display module to display processing information, such as processing time, processing quantity, waiting time, and failure time. This allows operators to grasp the processing information in real time and improve management efficiency.

A machining center NC operation panel is provided which can serve as a personal authentication system capable of simply and reliably identifying operators and implementing appropriate operational restrictions. The operation panel is provided with an imaging device mounted on its front or on a manual pulse generator for at-hand operation connected to the operation panel. In the operation panel: a storage unit stores an operator list allocated with work information prepared for each of the pre-registered operators, the work information including operations which the operators are respectively allowed to perform at a machine tool main body and restricted operations which the operators are not respectively allowed to perform, and a face image file holding a group of face image data on the operators registered in the operator list; and a control unit includes a face authentication processing unit which searches for and identifies an operator by checking operator face image data obtained from the imaging device against the group of face image data held in the face image file and a work information processing unit which obtains, from the operator list, work information associated with the identified operator and has, based on the obtained work information, a function of displaying work items the identified operator is allowed to perform in the display part.

Graphical user interface (GUI) based systems and methods are disclosed for regionizing full-size process plant displays for rendering on mobile user interface devices. A regionizer application receives a full-size process plant display that graphically represents at least a portion of a process plant that includes graphic representations of a plurality of process plant entities. The regionizer app determines display region(s) of the full-size process plant display that define corresponding view portions of the full-size process plant display. Display control device
A display control device includes a setting unit to set a mode selected by a user from a plurality of modes, and a display unit to display a machine operation panel and a keyboard on an operation screen of a machine operation panel. The modes include at least a machining mode for operating the machine tool to process a workpiece, and an MDI mode. When the mode is changed, the display unit displays a machine operation panel or a keyboard associated with the mode after the change on the operation screen.
