A system and method for determining and visually displaying efficiency rates for a production or assembly line has three main parts. The computer screen allows for data input (baseline and target rates, time period measured), worker breaks and product Changeovers and may also show graphics depicting the amount of time in which the production or assembly line is at or below the baseline and target rates or in between those rates.
