MACHINING CENTER NC OPERATION PANEL WITH BODY TEMPERATURE MANAGEMENT FUNCTION
A machining center NC operation panel with a body temperature management function that makes a physical condition determination in accordance with body temperature measurement of an operator, can restrict the start of work at time of a determination that the physical condition is inappropriate, and also is capable of body temperature management of a worker and the like at all times, includes a visible region image camera and an infrared ray detection camera respectively with a visible light condensing lens, and an infrared ray condensing lens being mounted exposed on the front face of the operation panel. The machining center NC operation panel has a storage unit having an operator list created for each operator pre-registered as a machine tool user, a facial image file, and a body temperature management file storing body temperature databases of machine tool users and body temperature databases of body temperature management users. A control unit includes: a facial authentication processing unit that compares facial image data of an operator obtained from the visible region image camera with a facial image data group in the facial image file, searches for a relevant person, and identifies the operator; a work information processing unit that calls a work information allocated to the identified operator from the operator list, and, on the basis of the work information, causes a display section of the operation panel to display allowed work items of the operator such that the allowed work items can be selected and executed; and a body temperature acquisition processing unit that acquires a body temperature measurement value of the operator from face surface temperature data obtained by the infrared ray detection camera, causes the display section to display the body temperature measurement value, also assesses whether or not the operator has a fever on the basis of the body temperature measurement value, outputs a signal representing the result of the assessment to the work information processing unit, and simultaneously causes the display section to display an assessment screen. The work information processing unit has a function by which upon receiving a signal representing an assessment that the operator who is a machine tool user is in a fever condition from the body temperature acquisition processing unit in the work management mode, the display section is caused to lock an operation screen, and prohibit continuation of operation of the start of work.
CONTROLLER FOR INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE INCLUDING SCREEN DISPLAY DEVICE, AND INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A controller for an injection molding machine includes a display device displaying various screens of the injection molding machine and configured to receive a screen operation by a user through an operation interface. The controller is configured to, in a case where it is determined that a display character siring exceeding a display width in a standard font size is to be displayed in a character string display field provided on the various screens, cause the display device to display the entire display character string in a font with a reduced horizontal width ratio in a state where a vertical width ratio of the font is maintained.
INTEGRATED ELECTRONIC PANEL FOR ON-BOARD VEHICLE EQUIPMENT
Described is an integrated electronic control system including keypad with a keypad connector, one or more galley inserts controllable by the keypad; and a control board couplable with the keypad and the galley insert. The control board includes a first connector configured to removably and electrically couple with the keypad connector, a second connector configured to removably and electrically couple with a galley insert connector, and a processor implementing a plurality of control functions related to multiple galley inserts. The processor is configured to receive an input command related to a connected galley insert from the keypad, and generate a control signal, via a control function associated with the galley insert using the input command, to control the galley insert. Further, feedback from the galley insert is received, and based on the feedback, the keypad is configured to indicate a status of the galley insert.
CONTROL PANEL FOR A MACHINE TOOL
A control panel for a machine tool has a housing (1). The housing comprises a housing base part (2) and a housing front part (3). A display (19) and a control element panel (20, 21) are attached to the front part of the housing. In the region of the housing bottom side, the housing front part is connected to the housing base part by miter hinges so that it can be swiveled to provide access to the interior of the housing. Fold-out supports (13) make it possible to use an alphanumeric keyboard (15) for maintenance work. Indentations (5) on both sides of the housing rear allow the housing to be easily grasped. Control elements (18) are arranged in the indentations.
Robot operation command system, tablet terminal and control method of tablet terminal
A tablet terminal that establishes a wireless connection with one of a plurality of controllers each having identification information and transmits an operation signal for commanding operation of a robot to the wirelessly connected controller, is configured to prevent the robot from being operated by the operation signal when the identification information of the controller to which the base holding the tablet terminal is connected does not coincide with the identification information of the controller to which the tablet terminal is connected.

Control device for machine tool
This control device for a machine tool has a display unit that displays an input screen via which machining information regarding machining to be performed on a workpiece is inputted and an input unit via which letters and/or numbers are inputted into machining-information fields on the input screen. When a machining-information field on the input screen is selected, the display unit displays a first input-assistance screen corresponding to said field. Input-support buttons are laid out on said first input-assistance screen. When an input-support button is pressed, a second input-assistance screen is displayed, and via an operation performed in accordance with said second input-assistance screen, the aforementioned field is filled in.
Container handling machine with display
A container handling machine for handling containers, such as bottles for example, including a machine protection element which shields active parts of the container handling machine against interventions from the outside, for example by operating personnel, at least during operation and which extends at least partly over a part of the periphery of the container handling machine. A display is integrated into the machine protection element, wherein information, for example on the operating state of the container handling machine, can be displayed on the display.
ROBOT OPERATION COMMAND SYSTEM, TABLET TERMINAL AND CONTROL METHOD OF TABLET TERMINAL
