The cutting control apparatus includes a weight coefficient obtaining unit configured to obtain a first weight coefficient in accordance with: first weight coefficient information in which a tool model and a first weight coefficient are associated for material information on each of materials; material information; and the tool model; and a revolution speed calculating unit configured to calculate a revolution speed of a tool in accordance with: cutting condition information; cutting speed obtained in accordance with tool information and dimension information; and the first weight coefficient. The first weight coefficient is an average value of values based on a plurality of the first weight coefficients obtained from the plurality of cutting control apparatuses.

A tool information setting device includes: a first storage portion in which a tool holder number and a torque limiting value of tool information, which are associated with each other, are stored; a second storage portion in which a turret face number and a tool holder number, which are associated with each other, are stored; and a torque limiting value setting portion as a tool information setting portion that acquires the tool holder number from the second storage portion based on the turret face number described in the machining program. The torque limiting value setting portion acquires a torque limiting value from the first storage portion based on the acquired tool holder number when selecting a predetermined tool by the turret face number of the turret on which the predetermined tool is mounted.

A machine tool search device includes: a collecting unit that collects information on functions included in each of a plurality of machine tools; an acquisition unit that acquires evaluation points of the functions; an extraction unit that extracts machine tools having a combination of the functions for satisfying search conditions when the search conditions are designated; a calculation unit that calculates an overall evaluation point on the basis of a sum of the evaluation points of the combination of functions and the evaluation points of functions other than the combination, included in each of the machine tools extracted by the extraction unit; and a determining unit that determines machine tools to be recommended for the search conditions on the basis of the overall evaluation point.

A food processing machine includes a plurality of tool parts which are exchangeable and which each comprise at least one electronic data storage in which a tool identification is stored for identifying the respective tool parts, and a controlling system for reading the tool identifications. The controlling system is configured to determine, based on the tool identification read by it from the at least one data storage of an exchangeable tool part installed at the food processing machine, processes basically implementable with this tool part which are possible for an operation of the tool part, and to determine an intersection of detailed processes by a comparison of these processes with processes basically performable by the food processing machine based on machine equipment employed for the tool part and firmly installed in the food processing machine, by which the tool part can be controlled by the machine equipment provided for it.

A disclosed machining environment support system that provides a customer with suitability evaluation information regarding working machines and tools, with respect to a workpiece, the machining environment support system including: an input processing unit that inputs processing information regarding the workpiece; a selection processing unit that extracts working machines and tools suited to the processing information from a database and displays the same on a display unit in a selectable manner; and an output processing unit that generates and outputs the suitability evaluation information regarding the working machines and tools, based on the result of processing the workpiece using the selected working machines and tools based on the processing information. The selection processing unit is configured to display the working machines and tools determined as being owned by the customer based on attribute information registered in the database as well as the working machines and tools determined as not being owned by the customer, on the display unit in a selectable manner.
