Pattern Recognition for Part Manufacturing Processes

A method and system for identifying parts manufactured by a workstation by measuring signals generated by machines in the workstation, extracting features from the signals, clustering the features into clusters, associating clusters with manufactured parts and recognizing the parts through the clusters.

Techniques are described for receiving manufacturing data and events over real time and non-real time interfaces and associating the data with one another. In one example, real time data is received, the real time data associated with a counter value assigned by a precision counter. The received real time data is stored in a storage buffer, and non-real time data is received, where the non-real time data associated with a counter value assigned by the precision counter. In response to receiving the non-real time data, the buffer is searched for real time data having a matching counter value and, in response to identifying stored real time data associated with a matching counter value, the non-real time data is associated with the real time data based on the match. Data packages are generated including related real time and non-real time data associated with matching counter values.

METHOD AND DEVICE TO ASCERTAIN A QUALITY OF A PRODUCT OBTAINED BY SUBTRACTIVE MANUFACTURING

A method to ascertain a quality of a product formed by a subtractive manufacturing device from a workpiece includes: determining a deflection/test force relation for a deflection of the device; measuring an actually exerted machining force applied by the device to the workpiece; automatically determining a machining force reference for the actually exerted machining force; automatically evaluating whether the actually exerted machining force deviates from the machining force reference. If an actually exerted machining force deviates from the machining force reference, then the method uses the deflection/test force relation to automatically determine for the actually exerted machining force, at least one correction deflection of the device and automatically creating at least one corrected drive control signal to fully or partially reduce the correction deflection.

DEVICE, RECORDING MEDIUM AND METHOD FOR COLLECTING DATA
20230315057 · 2023-10-05 · ·

A data collection device includes a data collection unit that collects data of a data item related to production work from a production line that produces a target through a plurality of processes, and an acquisition unit that acquires an identifier of the target produced in the production line. The data collection device links, for each process, the identifier of the target and an inspection result of the target with collection data collected in a period in which the production work is performed on the target in the process, and generates, for each process, visualization data visualizing the linked collection data of the process.

Manufacturing process data collection and analytics

Techniques are described for viewing a plurality of related presentation areas linked to a set of machine-related data. In one example, a machine-related data set associated with a manufacturing process session for manufacturing a particular workpiece is presented, the data set representing a common data set presented in a plurality of presentation areas, each associated with a separate view on the machine-related data set. In one of the presentation areas, a selection of a particular group of data points is identified and that presentation area is updated. Reference values associated with the common data set are identified based on the selected group of data points. For each of the other presentation areas, (1) a particular set of data included in the particular other presentation area corresponding to the identified reference values is identified and (2) the corresponding presentation area is updated based on that identified data set.

TERMINAL DEVICE, SERVER DEVICE, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR RECORDING STATES OF WORK AS IMAGE
20200302701 · 2020-09-24 ·

A means capable of accumulating images representing captured states of work without requiring cumbersome input operations to be made by a worker is provided. Terminal device is a mobile communication terminal device incorporating a camera and can communicate data with server device via mobile phone network and Internet. A worker who performs work accesses server device using terminal device and causes terminal device to display a list of tasks of the worker. When the worker who has selected a work detail item from the list performs the recording start operation, terminal device sequentially transmits image data captured at predetermined time intervals by the camera to server device. The image data are stored in server device in association with data for identifying work details to be recorded. The manager accesses server device using terminal device and can confirm states of work performed in the past by viewing images of the work.
