Stator structure of VR type resolver and VR type resolver
09772203 · 2017-09-26 · ·

A stator structure and a VR type resolver, in which the winding of the resolver can be prevented from corroding without increasing the production cost, are provided. The stator structure has stator protruding portions and coils wound around the stator protruding portions, the coils consisting of exciting coils, sine phase detection coils, and cosine phase detection coils, and at least the coils wound at the outermost side are formed by wires in which conductive portions are made of aluminum.

Robot arm processing system and method thereof

A robot arm processing system includes a robot arm, a processing module, and a control module. The robot arm is for providing a mechanical holding force. The processing module is disposed on the robot arm to process a workpiece. The control module is connected to the robot arm or the processing module. The control module outputs an anti-vibration signal according to the reaction force of the workpiece or the displacement of the robot arm to counteract the reaction force of the workpiece or the displacement of the robot arm.

COORDINATE POSITIONING MACHINE

A method of calibrating a coordinate positioning machine is described. The machine is controlled into a pivot pose in which a target point associated with a moveable part of the machine and a pivot point associated with a fixed part of the machine are separated from one another by a known separation. An error value for that pose is determined based on the known separation and a separation expected for that pose from the existing model parameters of the machine. The machine is controlled into a plurality of different target poses, and for each target pose a separation between the target point and the pivot point is measured and an error value for that pose is determined based on the measured separation and a separation expected for that pose from the existing model parameters.
