Mounting state informing apparatus and mounting state informing method
A mounting state informing apparatus includes a database, an acquisition unit, a first specifying unit, a comparison unit and an output unit. The database stores information upon a mounting position and a direction of each of multiple components belonging to a processing apparatus. The acquisition unit acquires first appearance data, which is obtained by a 3D scanner, indicating a state of an appearance of the processing apparatus. The first specifying unit identifies the multiple components based on the first appearance data and specifies a mounting position and a direction of each of the identified components. The comparison unit compares the specified mounting position and the specified direction of each of the identified components with the information upon the mounting position and the direction stored in the database. The output unit is configured to output a comparison result obtained by the comparison unit.

An enclosure assembly is disclosed, in accordance with one or more embodiment of the present disclosure. The enclosure assembly includes a top portion. The enclosure assembly further includes a bottom portion. The top portion is detachably connectable to the bottom portion via one or more coupling devices. In the component mounting device, a control device includes a model data storage section for storing model data related to a component, an error determining section for determining whether a processing error has occurred, and a confirmation-necessity storage section for storing whether confirmation of the validity of the model data is necessary when the processing error has occurred in a series of processes performed based on each piece of model data stored in the model data storage section. When it is determined that a processing error has occurred, the control device temporarily suspends the operation of the component transfer device when the model data, related to the target component held by the component transfer device, stored in the confirmation-necessity storage section indicates that confirmation is necessary, but continues the operation of the component transfer device when the model data stored in the confirmation-necessity storage section indicates that confirmation is unnecessary.

The comparison unit compares the specified mounting position and the specified direction of each of the identified components with the information upon the mounting position and the direction stored in the database. The output unit is configured to output a comparison result obtained by the comparison unit.
COMPONENT MOUNTING DEVICE
In the component mounting device, a control device includes a model data storage section for storing model data related to a component, an error determining section for determining whether a processing error has occurred, and a confirmation-necessity storage section for storing whether confirmation of the validity of the model data is necessary when the processing error has occurred in a series of processes performed based on each piece of model data stored in the model data storage section.
