Motor control system
A motor control system includes motor control devices and a controller. The controller generates and transmits a communication signal including an operation command to the respective motor control devices. The motor control devices include two motor control devices in a first group, each of which includes a data transceiver, a motor controller, a corrector, and a synchronous timing generator, and a motor control device in a second group. The data transceiver receives an operation command issued to the motor control device, and receives operation information in the motor control device in the second group. Based on the operation command, the motor controller generates a torque command signal. The corrector generates a torque correction signal based on the operation information, and corrects the torque command signal. The synchronous timing generator generates a timing signal that matches pieces of process timing of the motor controllers in the first group with each other.
MOTOR CONTROL SYSTEM
In a motor control system, a plurality of motor control devices for controlling motors and a controller are connected to each other via a communication line. The controller generates a communication signal including an operation command, and transmits the communication signal to the respective motor control devices in a predetermined communication cycle. The plurality of motor control devices includes two motor control devices in a first group and a motor control device in a second group. Each of the motor control devices in the first group includes a data transceiver, a motor controller, a corrector, and a synchronous timing generator. The data transceiver receives an operation command issued to the motor control device, and receives operation information in the motor control device in the second group. Based on the operation command, the motor controller generates a torque command signal for controlling the motor. The corrector generates a torque correction signal based on the operation information, and corrects the torque command signal. The synchronous timing generator generates a timing signal that matches pieces of process timing of the motor controllers in the first group with each other.
Servo control device
A servo control device according to the present invention performs speed control or torque control for controlling speed or torque of a servo motor based on a speed command or a torque command by an analog input voltage, and performs positional control for controlling a position of the servo motor based on feedback from the servo motor, includes a command switching unit determining that a command voltage by the analog input voltage enters a dead zone of the command voltage which is registered in advance and determined as stopping, and when detecting that the command voltage enters the dead zone, the command switching unit ceases the speed control or the torque control to perform deceleration stop by the positional control by distribution processing of a movement command regarding an actual speed when the speed control or the torque control is ceased as an initial speed.

A motor control device includes a velocity controller configured to calculate a torque command from a velocity command and a motor velocity; a compensation torque calculation unit configured to calculate a compensation torque command by multiplying an error between the motor velocity and a velocity of a driven part by a compensation gain and a compensation filter; a torque control unit configured to control torque of a motor based on a value obtained by adding the torque command and the compensation torque command; and a setting change part configured to change a gain of the velocity controller according to an operating condition of the motor control device, and change at least one of the compensation gain and the compensation filter in accordance with a change in the gain of the velocity controller.
