A COMPUTER IMPLEMENTED SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING AND MONITORING A PUMP
The present invention relates to a computer implemented system configured for controlling and monitoring of a pump, the system comprising a pump system, at least one sensor providing an operating state data signal representative of a mechanical, fluidicly, electrical operating state and/or other system data of the pump and/or pump system and a control module controlling the mechanical, fluidicly and/or operating state of the pump in response to a received control signal. The invention also comprises a digital twin module being configured for retrieving said operating state data signal and store the data in the IoT database.
Method for equipment control
A method of controlling a pumping sequence of a fracturing fleet at a wellsite. A managing application executing on a computer in the control van can retrieve the pumping sequence from a local or remote storage computer. The managing application can establish an electronic communication link to receive sensor data from a plurality of fracturing units. The managing application can control the plurality of fracturing units with a stage script with multiple sequential instructions for a pumping stage of a pumping sequence while receiving one or more periodic data sets from the plurality of fracturing units wherein the data sets are indicative of the current state of the pumping stage of the pumping sequence.

APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING ELECTRIC SUBMERSIBLE PUMP BASED ON DEMAND RESPONSE
An apparatus, system and method of controlling one or more electric submersible pumps (ESPs) based on demand response to an electrical power grid. The ESPs may either be turned off, or operated at a slower speed to allow for an operator of an electrical power grid to shed load during peak times without impacting other assets on the electrical power grid.
Methods of operating a pump to reduce or eliminate pump backlash errors
A method of operating a pump can include advancing a stepper motor one or more additional steps in a first direction after detecting a first change in a limit sensor state corresponding to a piston reaching an end of its travel in a first direction. After advancing the stepper motor the additional step or steps in the first direction, the stepper motor can be reversed and advanced in a second direction until a second change in the limit sensor state is detected. The stepper motor can then be advanced in the second direction a predetermined number of steps associated with a full travel of the piston.
Paint-Production System With Automatic Self-Adjustment Of Properties Of The End Product, And Related Method
A paint production system produced from pigment pastes and vehicles without prior adjustment. The system includes a volumetric dosing module endowed with automatic volumetric calibrators, at least one continuous processing module that includes a rotary mechanism that moves at least one tank between a mixing station, a continuous adjustment station integrated into a filling station, a cleaning station jointly with a manifold cleaning solvent mist generator and a control center that sends commands to be executed in the volumetric dosing module and continuous processing module units from a set of instructions in a computer program.

Diagnostics of downhole dynamometer data for control and troubleshooting of reciprocating rod lift systems
Techniques and apparatus are provided for improved diagnostics of downhole dynamometer data for control and troubleshooting of reciprocating rod lift systems. A method for pump fillage determination for a reciprocating rod lift system is provided. The method generally includes measuring downhole data during a pump cycle, wherein the downhole data comprises a first plurality of data points associated with an upstroke of the pump cycle and a second plurality of data points associated with a downstroke of the pump cycle, each data point comprising a rod position value and an associated rod load value; converting the data points to non-dimensional data points, calculating non-dimensional slope values between non-dimensional data points; and determining pump fillage based, at least part, on the calculated non-dimensional slope values.
