Systems, methods, storage media, and computing platforms for scanning items at the point of manufacturing are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: receive a first set of images of an item from a first set of camera sources; detect a code in the first set of images; combine, responsive to detecting the code, along a second axis perpendicular to the first axis, the first set of images into a first set of combined images; rotate parallel to the first axis; and combine along the first axis.
TEXTILE PRODUCTION MONITORING SYSTEM WITH A BARCODE READER
A textile production monitoring system includes an electronic device connected with a sewing machine, and with sensors connected with the knife, the pedal, the motor tach of the sewing machine, and with the needle, the sensors transmitting signals to the electronic device. A microprocessor evaluates the four signals received from the sensors in a coordinated way. A software possessing a four-signal algorithm generates information about the products, information on which operator works on which machines for how long, how much product they produce, failure status, and machine efficiency. An Rfid module is connected with the electronic device for monitoring the information and working status of the personnel working on the sewing machine. At least one barcode reader allows for entering information on which order the product sewn in the sewing machine belongs to. A wireless connection module facilitates transfer of the information from the electronic device and the microprocessor wirelessly.
Production management system, production management program, production quantity management system, and production quantity management program
[Object] To appropriately produce a product generated by printing on a medium. [Solving Means] A production management system that manages production of a product generated by executing printing on a medium determines (S104, S114) a recommended condition of processing by an electronic device scheduled to be used for generation of a product, based on processing condition information indicating, for each step of generating the product, a relationship among quality of the product, a type and an installing place of the electronic device that performs at least one step of generating the product, and a recommended condition of processing by the electronic device, the target quality of the product, and the type and the installing place of the electronic device scheduled to be used for generating the product.
Systems and Methods for Producing Textiles
Systems and methods for producing printed goods from textile material to address shortcoming of existing approaches for article production. According to the systems and methods described herein, the harvested and woven cotton may be shipped directly to garment decorators who may perform all remaining steps to provide customers with finished goods. As such, the systems and methods herein may eliminate the steps of the blank goods trade and current manufacturing processes.
Garment pattern optimization system and method
According to an embodiment, the invention relates to a computer implemented method for grading a pattern from a first size to a second size, the pattern comprising one or more panels, the method comprising the steps of a representation step comprising representing each panel of the one or more panels by a contour, wherein a contour comprises one or more segments, a constraint step comprising imposing constraints on segments for grading to the second size; generating a mesh of each panel of the one or more panels thereby obtaining a first set of meshes; combining the first set of meshes with the constraints into a system of equations; solving the system of equations into a second set of meshes, wherein the contours of the second meshes correspond to the pattern in the second size and representing the contours of the second set of meshes.

The invention relates to a portable device (1100) comprising a bottom surface (BS) intended to be in contact with a textile (TXT). The portable device comprises an image sensor (5) for taking an image of a textile, and an illumination system (6) for illuminating a portion of the textile when said image is being taken. The portable device also comprises a control unit (8a) for executing an algorithm stored in the portable device, using the taken image as an input of said algorithm, to obtain a classification of the textile. The image sensor and the control unit are integrated within the portable device. The image sensor has an active surface sensitive to light, which is oriented compared to said bottom surface (BS), with an absolute value of the orientation angle being in the range 15-70 degrees; and/or the illumination system (6) has a light source oriented compared to the said bottom surface (BS), with an absolute value of the orientation angle being in the range 15-70 degrees.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATICALLY DETECTING CHARACTERISTIC POINTS OF A HERRINGBONE FABRIC WITH A VIEW TO AUTOMATICALLY CUTTING PIECES
A method and system are provided for automatically detecting characteristic points of a herringbone fabric with a view to automatically cutting pieces. The herringbone patterns are formed by V-shaped features with vertices that are aligned along a plurality of parallel axes. The method proceeds with a step of acquiring an image of a segment of the fabric, a detection initialization step including, on the basis of predefined parameters or on the basis of the image, acquiring geometric parameters of the herringbone patterns and defining lines of operation perpendicular to the axes of the herringbone patterns, and a step of determining, in the image, coordinates of points of passage of axes of the herringbone patterns along lines of operation via the optimization of a criterion of symmetry of two mirror sub-images acquired along lines of operation.
