Composite part manufacturing compensation system and method
A method and system for assisting in the manufacture of composite parts such as those used for various high-strength assemblies such as aircraft wings, vertical stabilizers, racing car shells, boat hulls, and other parts which are required to have a very high strength to weight ratio. The system uses laser technology to measure the resultant surfaces of a first manufactured composite part. A computer system analyzes and compares the as-built dimensions with the required production specifications. Supplemental composite filler plies are designed including shape and dimensions. These plies are nested together into a single composite sheet and manufactured to minimize wasted material. The plies are then cut out and applied to the first part guided by a laser projection system for locating the plies on the part. The part is then re-cured. The final assembly is then re-measured for compliance with production dimensions.
Die layout calculation method, apparatus, medium, and device
A die layout calculation method is provided. The method includes: selecting, based on a distribution array of a plurality of dies in a wafer, one die as a reference die; making first movements of a wafer center to determine a first coverage region for each first movement, and determining a feasible region based on a number of complete dies in each first coverage region; making a plurality of second movements of the wafer center in the feasible region to determine a second coverage region for each second movement, and determining a relative position of the wafer center in the reference die corresponding to a maximum number of complete dies in the second coverage region; and determining a die layout comprising a location of each die in the wafer. This method improves the accuracy and efficiency of determining the maximum number of dies.

Method and device for calibrating multiple energy rays for the additive manufacturing of an object
The invention concerns a method and a device for calibrating at least one scanning system (4, 5, 17) when producing an object (8) by additive manufacturing, wherein the coordinates of one or several reference positions are measured in the relative coordinate system of each scanning system (4, 5, 17), after which the calibration of each of the scanning systems is adapted starting from the measured coordinates of the reference positions.
