CHIP PROCESSING DEVICE FOR MACHINE TOOL AND CHIP PROCESSING METHOD
Disclosed is a chip processing device for a machine tool, including a cleaning nozzle control unit 30 that controls a cleaning nozzle for spraying a cleaning fluid onto chips scattered during machining so as to guide the chips to a chip collection portion, wherein the cleaning nozzle control unit 30 includes: a position estimation unit 31 that estimates an accumulation position of generated chips by analyzing machining conditions of a workpiece; and a nozzle orientation adjustment unit 34 that adjusts an orientation of the cleaning nozzle toward the accumulation position estimated by the position estimation unit 31.
INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE AND INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM
Specify a position of a target in a machine tool. An information processing device of the present disclosure is an information processing device for controlling a liquid discharger included in a machine tool discharging liquid so as to move chips occurring from a workpiece, the information processing device including: an image acquiring portion configured to acquire image data of an inside of the machine tool, imaged by an imaging device; a detector configured to detect a target to which the liquid is discharged by the liquid discharger from the image data; a position acquiring portion configured to acquire position information of a movable portion installed in the machine tool, the movable portion being configured so that the workpiece is disposed thereon and the workpiece can move; and a controller configured to control the liquid discharger which is installed in the machine tool and which discharges the liquid toward the target associated with the movable portion, wherein: the position acquiring portion can acquire first position information of the movable portion when imaged by the imaging device and second position information of the movable portion after the movable portion moves from the first position information; and the controller controls at least one of a position, orientation, and discharge pressure of the liquid discharger based on (i) a position of the target when imaged by the imaging device, and (ii) the first position information and (iii) the second position information acquired by the position acquiring portion, when the target moves as a result of movement of the movable portion.
Machine tool
A machine tool includes: an exterior cover covering a machining area where a workpiece on a worktable is machined by a machining tool; an articulated robot arranged inside the exterior cover and configured to replace the workpiece on the worktable; a controller configured to control a posture of the articulated robot and a coordinate point at which a hand of the articulated robot is positioned; and an air nozzle arranged inside the exterior cover and configured to remove scattered matter that has been generated during machining of the workpiece and has adhered at least to the hand when the articulated robot is set at a predetermined posture or when the hand is moved to a predetermined coordinate point.
Inspection system
An inspection system makes image inspection on an inspection target. The inspection system includes: an image capture device that captures an image of the inspection target; a blower with a blow nozzle from which clean gas is blown out to the inspection target; a robot with an arm tip to which the image capture device and the blow nozzle, or the inspection target is attached; and as inspection device that makes image inspection on the inspection target based on an image captured by the image capture device. The inspection device generates an operation program for a robot based on the position of the image capture device and that of the blow nozzle relative to each other so as to move the blow nozzle ahead of the image capture device relative to the inspection target.

NUMERICAL CONTROL DEVICE, MACHINE TOOL, CONTROL METHOD, RECORDING MEDIUM, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A numerical control device, a machine tool, a control method, a recording medium, and a storage medium are capable of driving a cutting fluid spouting mechanism at an appropriate timing. Based on a processing program, chips are generated by the processing of a workpiece disposed in a cover, and a CPU controls a spouting mechanism that washes away the chips by spouting cutting fluid into the cover by driving a pump. The CPU determines whether or not a specific time before a first prescribed time from the time when the processing program ends has been reached, on the basis of the processing time from the start of processing based on the processing program to the end of processing. When the CPU determines that the specific time has been reached, the CPU drives the pump for the first prescribed time from the specific time to the end of the processing program.
