MACHINE TOOL
A controller of a machine tool determines in accordance with a machining program whether a first tool post is used to machine an unfinished workpiece. When the unfinished workpiece needs machining before terminating a continuous machining and when the controller determines that the first tool post is used to machine the unfinished workpiece W2, the controller simultaneously advances a first system and a second system in accordance with the machining program while preventing machining a workpiece held by the first spindle. When the controller determines that the first tool post is not used to machine the unfinished workpiece, the controller stops the first system and advances the second system in accordance with the machining program.
TOOL CUTTING EDGE ADJUSTING HEAD, METHOD OF OPERATING SAME AND CORRECTING TOOL CUTTING EDGE WEAR
The adjustment head is intended for use in the working space of a CNC machine which has a base station set up and intended for the exchange of information with a measuring probe or bore measuring mandrel, which base station is connected to a control of the CNC machine, and comprises a first function module and a second function module, wherein the first function module is divided into a power supply module and a data transmission module, wherein the second function module comprises a machining module for receiving at least one tool, wherein the machining module comprises a tool adjustment device for adjustment the tool in a radial and/or an axial direction and/or in an angular orientation of the tool based on specifications of the control, and wherein the power supply module supplies components of the adjustment head, including the data transmission module and the tool adjustment device, with electrical power, and wherein the data transmission module is arranged and intended for exchanging information concerning at least the adjustment of tool accommodated in the adjustment head with the base station of the measuring probe or bore gauge in the working space of the CNC machine.
MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool includes a plurality of modules, and a control means for controlling operation of the modules, wherein the plurality of modules include a fixed module and two movable modules. The control means includes a restriction means for restricting the movement of the two movable modules for allowing only one of the movable modules to be moved to a facing position facing the fixed module; and a determination means for determining the movable module to be moved to the facing position. The control means is configured to control the operation of the plurality of modules so that, when the operation under cooperation of the fixed module and one of the movable modules has been completed, the restriction means releases the restriction of the movement of the other movable module to the facing position.
Numerical controller
To provide a numerical controller for facilitating mass production of various types of workpieces in comparison with a prior art, by controlling a rotary index machine or the like having a plurality of machining stations. A numerical controller for a machine tool executes multi-path control for collectively controlling a plurality of paths requiring conveyance operations between the processes when each of workpieces receives a plurality of processes. The numerical controller includes an execution unit for executing a plurality of machining programs each of which is generated for each of the workpieces so as to correspond to each of the paths, the plurality of machining programs including execution commands of the processes and conveyance commands between the processes.

APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING AN ARTIFICIAL TOOTH THEROF
Disclosed is an artificial tooth machining apparatus which protects a workpiece and first and second tools from heat and frictional contact that may occur when the workpiece is machined and enhancing machining precision by supplying water or air to the tools by a supply unit, a first nozzle portion, and a second nozzle portion, which has a lifespan lengthened by preventing chips of the workpiece or water or air from being introduced to a mechanism operation part of a base part by a discharge unit and a blocking unit, and which prevents a collision between the first tool and the second tool during machining of the workpiece by a tool collision preventing controller.
