Synchronizing device, synchronization method and synchronization program
A synchronizing device includes: a machine data acquisition portion which acquires at least one type of machine data related to operation of a machine in a time series based on first time information; a measurement data acquisition portion which acquires at least one type of measurement data measuring the state of the machine in a time series based on second time information; a first extraction portion which extracts, from any of the machine data, a moment at which a feature set in advance indicating a predetermined event is expressed; a second extraction portion which extracts, from any of the measurement data, a moment at which a feature set in advance indicating the predetermined event is expressed; and an output portion which synchronizes a moment extracted by the first extraction portion and a moment extracted by the second extraction portion, and outputs the machine data and the measurement data.
Program creation device
A program creation device includes an analysis unit that analyzes a composite fixed cycle in which a predetermined cycle is repeated multiple times to create a plurality of command blocks CB1 to CB4 for each of the cycles for executing the cycle; a distribution unit that distributes the plurality of command blocks CB1 to CB4 created by the analysis unit sequentially as a command program for each of the plurality of tools; and a command adding unit that adds a first command word indicating a delay amount of delaying a start timing of the cycle of the second tool from a start timing of the cycle of the first tool on the basis of an analysis result obtained by the analysis unit to the command block CB2 or CB4.

CONTROL OF A MULTI SPINDLE MACHINE TOOL
For control of a multi spindle machine tool (1), which has a first tool spindle (2a, 2b) and a second tool spindle (2a, 2b) able to be controlled independently thereof, a first workpiece (5a, 5b) and a second workpiece (5a, 5b) are processed by a parts program synchronized in two processing channels being processed. The processing of the parts program includes an activation of first machine axes for guidance of the first tool spindle (2a, 2b) in accordance with a first tool track and the processing of the parts program includes an activation of second machine axes for guidance of the second tool spindle (2a, 2b) in accordance with a second tool track. A processing result of the first workpiece (5a, 5b) at an end of the first tool track is the same as a processing result of the second workpiece (5a, 5b) at an end of the second tool track. The first machine axes and the second machine axes are activated in such a way that a difference in time between reaching the end of the first tool track and reaching the end of the second tool track is less than or equal to a predetermined limit value.
