The present disclosure provides an optical adhesive layer, a stretchable display device and a preparing method for the optical adhesive layer. The optical adhesive layer includes: an edge region enclosing a hollow portion; a plurality of block regions distributed in the hollow portion along a first direction and a second direction; and connection ribs connecting the block regions to the edge region, wherein the connection ribs are distributed in the hollow portion in a net form, and the connection ribs include a plurality of first ribs, second ribs, and third ribs connecting the block regions with the first and second ribs.

A display device includes a frame module, a display panel, a backlight module, a rear case and a control module. The frame module includes a back plate, a frame and a fixing column. The back plate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface and a hole extending from the first surface to the second surface. The fixing column is protrudingly disposed on the frame and is coupled to the hole. The fixing column includes a pressing portion and a connecting portion connecting the frame and the pressing portion. The connecting portion is disposed in the hole, and the frame presses against the first surface, and the pressing portion presses against the second surface. The backlight module is disposed between the back plate and the display panel. The control module is disposed between the rear case and the frame module.

A light control member includes a light control substrate including a surface, and a scalene prism disposed on the light control substrate. The scalene prism includes a first side surface extended at a first angle with respect to the surface of the light control substrate, and a second side surface extended at a second angle with respect to the surface of the light control substrate, the second angle being greater than the first angle. The light control member includes an etching stopper disposed on the scalene prism, and at least one absorption pattern disposed on the etching stopper on the second side surface of the scalene prism.

A virtual display apparatus includes: a flexible display component layer having a light exit surface and a non-light exit surface opposite to the light exit surface; a lens layer disposed at the light exit surface of the flexible display component layer, and configured to converge light; a curvature adjustment layer disposed on the non-light exit surface of the flexible display component layer. The lens layer has a first surface facing the flexible display component layer, and the first surface of the lens layer and the light exit surface of the flexible display component layer have a gap therebetween. The curvature adjustment layer is configured to deform in response to at least one deformation signal, so as to adjust distances between the first surface of the lens layer and different positions of the light exit surface of the flexible display component layer along a thickness direction of the lens layer.

The disclosed liquid lens array may include a plurality of independently operable array sections, each of which may include (1) a base layer, (2) an aperture plate overlapping the base layer, the aperture plate defining a plurality of apertures extending through the aperture plate between an inner surface of the aperture plate facing the base layer and an outer surface of the aperture plate, (3) a liquid reservoir disposed between the base layer and the aperture plate, and (4) a side wall at least partially surrounding the liquid reservoir, the side wall extending between the base layer and the aperture plate. At least a portion of at least one of the base layer or the side wall may be deformable in the presence of an electrostatic field to change liquid volumes extending from the liquid reservoir at least partially through the apertures defined in the aperture plate. A window including a base substrate, which includes a transmission region and a bezel region in a plan view and includes a front surface and a rear surface that are opposite to each other in a thickness direction, a light-blocking layer, which is disposed on the rear surface of the base substrate and is overlapped with the bezel region, and a printing layer, which is disposed on the light-blocking layer and has a target surface, in which a barcode pattern is formed. The printing layer may have a chromatic color, and a width of the printing layer may be less than a width of the light-blocking layer.
Display device and method for manufacturing the same
A display device includes a display panel including a display area and a non-display area, a window disposed on the display panel and including a base substrate and a printed layer disposed on a surface of the base substrate and overlapping with the non-display area, and an adhesive layer disposed between the display panel and the window. The adhesive layer includes a first adhesive portion overlapping with the non-display area, and a second adhesive portion adjacent to the first adhesive portion and having a creep value different from a creep value of the first adhesive portion.

Described are various embodiments of a digital display device for use by a user having reduced visual acuity. In one embodiment, the device comprises: a digital display medium comprising an array of pixels and operable to render a pixelated image accordingly; a light field shaping layer defined by an array of light field shaping elements and disposed relative to said digital display so to align each of said light field shaping elements with a corresponding set of said pixels to shape a light field emanating therefrom and thereby at least partially govern a projection thereof from said display medium toward the user; and a hardware processor operable on pixel data for the image such that said processed image is rendered to at least partially compensate for the user's reduced visual acuity.
