An information processing apparatus includes circuitry to receive, from a terminal, first electronic data and a request for processing the first electronic data assign, to the first electronic data, first identification information used to control the first electronic data; transmit a request for performing predetermined processing on the first electronic data via a network to an external service system that performs the predetermined processing; and acquire, via the network from the external service system, second identification information used by the external service system to control the first electronic data. The circuitry stores, in a memory, the second identification information in association with the first identification information.
TEXT-TO-SPEECH (TTS) METHOD AND DEVICE ENABLING MULTIPLE SPEAKERS TO BE SET
Disclosed is a text-to-speech (TTS) method enabling multiple speakers to be set. The present invention sets speaker information for the multiple characters with respect to a script composed to enable utterance by the multiple characters, and utilizes metadata including the speaker information corresponding to the multiple characters for speech synthesis, thereby realizing an audiobook which allows the multiple speakers to output speech utterance. In addition, the speaker information for the multiple characters may be set through Artificial Intelligence (AI) processing to thereby perform multi-speaker speech synthesis by a TTS device including an AI module.

A system allows for audio playout of e-book content data using a playout electronic device recorded by a remote recording electronic device. The system may analyse the e-book content to infer XY on-screen display coordinates for each word of the e-book and speech recognition may correlate the timing of the spoken words to the XY coordinates. As such, a read along display animation may be generated by the digital display of the playout electronic device in time with the audio and the respective on-screen position of each word. Eye tracking may be employed by the playout electronic device for the display of a gaze position indicator to the recording electronic device in substantial real-time. The system may further employ machine learning to optimise a trained machine to output at least one prosodic features for user profile specific speech emulation using a speech emulator.

A calculator's input interface includes a knob projecting above the top face of the casing. The knob is provided to allow numbers to be input manually. The top face of the casing also has a plurality of first keys associated respectively with mathematical operators, the first keys being positioned relative to the knob in such a way that the ends of the fingers of a user's hand can each be located facing one of the first keys when the palm of the hand is turned downwards and the hollow of the hand covers the end of the knob.

A method and apparatus of maintaining time information for a multi-tasking customer service agent is disclosed. One example method of operation may include maintaining time information allocated to a plurality of tasks. The method may include receiving a first task and starting a first timer at a computing device corresponding to the beginning of work performed on the first task. The method may also include receiving a second task and starting a second timer different from the first timer, which corresponds to the beginning of work performed on the second task. The method may further include transferring a total time allocation record representing a total time counted by the first timer and a total time counted by the second timer to a data record stored in memory, wherein the data record associates the total time counted by the first timer with a corresponding task, and associates the total time counted by the second timer with a different corresponding task.
