Displaying a textual message based on configuration of the user equipment
11582344 · 2023-02-14 · ·

In various aspects, a system that receives a first message, wherein the first message comprises a communication device identification and a feature tag having a language indication that indicates a language configuration of a user equipment. In response to the receiving the first message, storing the language indication and associating the language indication with the communication device identification. The system determines whether an incoming call is not authenticated and in response to the determining that the incoming call is not authenticated, transmitting a textual message to the communication device using the language configuration to indicate the incoming call is not authenticated.

Systems and methods for caching of managed content in a distributed environment using a multi-tiered architecture including off-line access to cached content

Embodiments as disclosed provide a distributed caching solution that improve the performance and functionality of a content management platform for sites that are physically or logically remote from the primary site of the content management platform. In particular, according to embodiments, a remote cache server may be associated with a remote site to store local copies of documents that are managed by the primary content management platform. Periodically, a portion of the remote site's cache may be synchronized with the content management platform's primary site using an extensible architecture to ensure that content at the remote cache server is current.

Method and apparatus for replicating a concurrently accessed shared filesystem between storage clusters
11567905 · 2023-01-31 · ·

A storage cluster includes a group of data nodes having concurrent access to a shared filesystem. The shared filesystem is assigned to a first TLU of a first storage group. Other filesystems of the data nodes associated with the shared filesystem, such as snapshot copies of the shared filesystems and the root/configuration filesystems of the data nodes are assigned to TLUs of a second set of storage groups. The first storage group and the second set of storage groups are all associated with a Remote Data Replication (RDR) group for the storage cluster. An RDR facility is created between a storage array storing the shared filesystem and a backup storage array. The concurrently accessed shared filesystem and the filesystems of all data nodes accessing shared filesystem are replicated on the RDR facility to the backup storage array to enable failover of the storage cluster between sites.

COMPRESSION OF LOCALIZED FILES

A method for compressing a first application file and second application file includes accessing the first and the second application files, the first application file being in a first language and the second application being in a second language and being a counterpart of the first application file, decompressing the first and second application files to access internal files for the first and the second application files, comparing one of the first internal files to one of the second internal files, upon determining that the first internal file is identical to the second internal file, copying one of the internal files to an output folder, and upon determining that the files are not identical, copying both of the internal files to the output folder, or executing a differencing procedure on the first and second internal files to identify differences between them, storing data about the differences in the output folder, and compressing the output folder into one output file.

Resource dependency system and graphical user interface

A resource dependency system displays two dynamically interactive interfaces in a resource dependency user interface, a hierarchical resource repository and a dependency graph user interface. User interactions on each interface can dynamically update either interface. For example, a selection of a particular resource in the dependency graph user interface causes the system to update the dependency graph user interface to indicate the selection and also updates the hierarchical resource repository to navigate to the appropriate folder corresponding to the stored location of the selected resource. In another example, a selection of a particular resource in the hierarchical resource repository causes the system to update the hierarchical resource repository to indicate the selection and also updates the dependency graph user interface to display an updated graph, indicate the selection and, in some embodiments, focus on the selected resource by zooming into a portion of the graph.

Unique ID generation for sensors

Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for generating a unique ID for a sensor in a network. Once the sensor is installed on a component of the network, the sensor can send attributes of the sensor to a control server of the network. The attributes of the sensor can include at least one unique identifier of the sensor or the host component of the sensor. The control server can determine a hash value using a one-way hash function and a secret key, send the hash value to the sensor, and designate the hash value as a sensor ID of the sensor. In response to receiving the sensor ID, the sensor can incorporate the sensor ID in subsequent communication messages. Other components of the network can verify the validity of the sensor using a hash of the at least one unique identifier of the sensor and the secret key.

Overlay file system for constrained environment

Implementations for providing services to a constrained environment are described. A user interface may be provided for editing files. The files or data structure storing the files may exceed a storage limitation associated with the user interface. The user interface may represent the data structure comprising the files while only storing data indicating modifications to the file or data structure.

BUILDING A FILE SYSTEM FOR MULTIPLE ARCHITECTURES

In an approach to building a file system for multiple architectures, responsive to receiving a manifest for a file system build, a base layer is retrieved for each platform to be built, where the base layer is an operating system base. Responsive to determining that any layer to be built has not been built, the next layer to be built is retrieved. Responsive to the next layer to be built is platform-independent, the next layer is retrieved from a cache, where the next layer supports each platform. Responsive to the next layer to be built is platform-dependent, the next layer is built, where a copy of the next layer is built for each platform. The above steps are iteratively repeated until each layer is built. A single image of a completed file system build is stored, where the single image supports each platform.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR NETWORK POLICY SIMULATION

This disclosure generally relate to a method and system for network policy simulation in a distributed computing system. The present technology relates techniques that enable simulation of a new network policy with regard to its effects on the network data flow. By enabling a simulation data flow that is parallel and independent from the regular data flow, the present technology can provide optimized network security management with improved efficiency.
