Improved techniques and systems for delivery and acquisition of digital assets are disclosed. The techniques and systems are especially suitable and useful for delivering digital assets (e.g., media assets) that are available for acquisition and electronic delivery from online stores to electronic devices. In accordance with one aspect, when a digital asset is acquired form an online store via an electronic device associated with a user, the digital asset can be arranged for delivery to a number of other of electronic devices also associated with the user. It will be appreciated that the digital asset can be delivered and acquired without requiring explicit user input or instruction in accordance with another aspect. Other aspects of the techniques and systems include customization of configuration and user interfaces that are provided to facilitate acquisition of digital assets in a more efficient manner.

Systems, methods, and devices for routing data in a network are described. A user device may send a request for video data that has been captured by a premises device. A computing device at the premises may receive the request and determine a capability of the user device. Based on the capability of the user device, the computing device may select a protocol from a plurality of protocols with which the video data is to be transmitted to the user device. Based on determining that the video data cannot be transmitted via the computing device, the video data may be transmitted from the premises device to the user device via the determined protocol.

Systems, methods, and devices for routing data in a network are described. A user device may send a request for video data that has been captured by a premises device. A computing device at the premises may receive the request and determine a capability of the user device. Based on the capability of the user device, the computing device may select a protocol from a plurality of protocols with which the video data is to be transmitted to the user device. Based on determining that the video data cannot be transmitted via the computing device, the video data may be transmitted from the premises device to the user device via the determined protocol.

An image processing system may include an imaging device for capturing an image and an image processing apparatus for processing the image. The imaging device may include an imaging unit for capturing the image, a first recording unit for recording information relating to the image, the information being associated with the image, and a first transmission control unit for controlling transmission of the image to the image processing apparatus. A media file processing method, comprising: receiving a request for downloading a target streaming media file; obtaining, in response to the request, a uniform resource locator (URL) of the target streaming media file; determining, according to first pattern information of a header of the URL, whether the target streaming media file is a streaming media file of a Microsoft Media Server (MMS) Protocol; in accordance with a determination that the target streaming media file is a streaming media file of the MMS Protocol, determining, according to a preset correspondence between URL pattern information and a plurality of network communication protocols, a first network communication protocol of the plurality of network communication protocols, that corresponds to the first pattern information of the header of the URL as a target network communication protocol; and obtaining the target streaming media file from a target server by using the target network communication protocol.

The present disclosure discloses a lyrics page generation method and a lyrics page generation apparatus, belonging to the field of network technologies. The method includes: receiving a lyrics page generation instruction, the lyrics page generation instruction being used for instructing to display a lyrics page of a selected multimedia file list; obtaining a lyrics file of at least one multimedia file in the multimedia file list; and generating a lyrics page according to the lyrics file of the at least one multimedia file, the lyrics page including lyrics information of the at least one multimedia file. The present disclosure provides a brand-new lyrics display manner, which can achieve an effect similar to a lyrics book, so that a user can collect lyrics that the user likes, for subsequent appreciation, so that an application becomes more humanistic, and an amount of information that a lyrics page can provide is greatly increased.

An example method involves (i) accessing first data representing text, wherein the text defines at least one position representing a particular type of grammatical break between two portions of the text; (ii) identifying, from among the at least one position, a position that is closest to a target position within the text; (iii) based on the identified position within the text, generating second data that represents a proper subset of the text, wherein the proper subset extends from an initial position within the text to the identified position within the text; and (iv) providing output based on the generated second data.

A method and apparatus are provided for a cloud streaming service. A cloud streaming server receives first data corresponding to media source extension (MSE) media from a media source server when a request for content is received from a user device. Then the cloud streaming server creates a first stream by transcoding the first data to a suitable format for processing at the user device, and transmits the created first stream to the user device. Further, the cloud streaming server receives second data corresponding to remaining data except the first data in the content, outputs an execution screen of the content by executing the second data, captures the outputted execution screen, and creates a second stream by encoding the captured screen.
