Automated clinical documentation system and method
A method, computer program product, and computing system for proactive encounter scanning is executed on a computing device and includes obtaining encounter information of a patient encounter. The encounter information is proactively processed to determine if the encounter information is indicative of one or more medical conditions and to generate one or more result set. The one or more result sets are provided to the user.
Personalizing explainable recommendations with bandits
Methods, systems and computer program products are provided personalizing recommendations of items with associated explanations. The example embodiments described herein use contextual bandits to personalize explainable recommendations (“recsplanations”) as treatments (“Bart”). Bart learns and predicts satisfaction (e.g., click-through rate, consumption probability) for any combination of item, explanation, and context and, through logging and contextual bandit retraining, can learn from its mistakes in an online setting.
Method for sharing and searching playlists
A system that provides for the accessing and playing of media files having differing associated rights such as non-DRM media files, purchased and downloaded media files, subscription download files such as tethered downloads, and subscription streamed DRM files. The system also provides a method and user interface for sharing a media collection among computing devices in communication via a network. The system allows access and playback, from each computing device on a network, of all media files in a media collection, regardless of their associated rights.
DIGITAL AUDIO SYSTEM
A portable digital audio system for a musician. The digital audio system includes an amplifier for processing an audio signal from a musical instrument or microphone electronically connected to the digital audio system and a speaker for playing a sound associated with the audio signal processed by the amplifier. The portable digital audio system also includes an audio control system providing operational control of the digital audio system and a primary housing for supporting the amplifier, the audio control system, and the speaker. Further, the digital audio system has a touch screen display in electronic communication with the audio control system and supported by the primary housing.
Systems and methods for providing search query responses having contextually relevant voice output
Systems and methods are described for responding to a search query with a contextually relevant voice output. An illustrative method receives a search query, determines an answer to the search query, identifies a media content reference included in the search query, determines, based on the media content reference, a personality associated with the media content reference, identifies a voice profile of the personality, and generates audio output using the voice profile of the personality, the audio output including the answer to the search query.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR ADAPTING PLAYLISTS
A server receives a request to play a selected playlist from a first electronic device associated with a host listener. The playlist includes audio items having a common attribute. The server also receives an identity of a guest listener having a second electronic device and retrieves an indication of taste of the guest listener based on the received identity. The server selects an additional audio item based at least in part on the indication of taste of the guest listener and the common attribute of the audio items of the selected playlist, and incorporates the additional audio item into the selected playlist.
Method for sensory orchestration
According to one embodiment, a computer-implemented method includes obtaining a sensory profile, identifying an occurrence of a sensory aspect event affecting a user, comparing the sensory aspect event to the sensory profile, determining from comparing the sensory profile, whether the sensory aspect event is a positive sensory aspect, and countering and/or adjusting the sensory aspect event in response to determining the sensory aspect event is not a positive sensory aspect.
Expansion of a question and answer database
A system and method for expanding a question and answer (Q&A) database. The method includes obtaining a set of Q&A documents and speech recognition results, each Q&A document in the set having an identifier, and each speech recognition result having an identifier common with the identifier of a relevant Q&A document, and adding one or more repetition parts extracted from the speech recognition results to a corresponding Q&A document in the set to generate an expanded set of Q&A documents for increasing Q&A document extraction accuracy.
Method for sharing and searching playlists
A method for making a playlist available to the public, in which the playlist comprises user-defined descriptor information. The user-defined descriptor information is entered as free form text or prose.
Automated clinical documentation system and method
A method, computer program product, and computing system for visual diarization of an encounter is executed on a computing device and includes obtaining encounter information of a patient encounter. The encounter information is processed to: associate a first portion of the encounter information with a first encounter participant, and associate at least a second portion of the encounter information with at least a second encounter participant. A visual representation of the encounter information is rendered. A first visual representation of the first portion of the encounter information is rendered that is temporally-aligned with the visual representation of the encounter information. At least a second visual representation of the at least a second portion of the encounter information is rendered that is temporally-aligned with the visual representation of the encounter information.
