A method for displaying search contents and an electronic device. The method includes: receiving a search keyword input by a user, recognizing and acquiring a display intention type corresponding to the search keyword; determining a search content display template corresponding to the display intention type; and displaying search result contents corresponding to the search keyword based on the search content display template. The display intention type includes a convergent display intention, and the content viewing mode of the user corresponding to the convergent display intention is searching for and viewing a specific content; or the display intention type includes a divergent display intention, and the content viewing mode of the user corresponding to the divergent display intention is searching for a class of contents and viewing searched contents one by one.

A method for displaying search contents and an electronic device. In an example, a first set of text may be received from a client device. A set of content items may be selected from among content items based upon the first set of text and a plurality of sets of content item text associated with the content items. A set of terms may be determined based upon the first set of text and the set of content items. A similarity profile associated with the set of terms may be generated. The similarity profile is indicative of similarity scores associated with similarities between terms of the set of terms. Relevance scores associated with the set of terms may be determined based upon the similarity profile. One or more search terms may be selected from among the set of terms based upon the relevance scores. A search may be performed based upon the one or more search terms.

In an example, a first set of text may be received from a client device. A set of content items may be selected from among content items based upon the first set of text and a plurality of sets of content item text associated with the content items. A set of terms may be determined based upon the first set of text and the set of content items. A similarity profile associated with the set of terms may be generated. The similarity profile is indicative of similarity scores associated with similarities between terms of the set of terms. Relevance scores associated with the set of terms may be determined based upon the similarity profile. One or more search terms may be selected from among the set of terms based upon the relevance scores. A search may be performed based upon the one or more search terms.

A method and system for maintaining the order of arrangement of a modified object list is provided. The method includes receiving selection of an object from a first plurality of objects of an object list, wherein the object list has an order of arrangement and is included on a first digital page displayed on a user interface of a device, receiving selection of a category icon from a plurality of category icons corresponding, to a plurality of categories, wherein the plurality of category icons are included on the first digital page, modifying the object list to exclude the object from the first digital page, and maintaining the order of arrangement of the object list that is modified, wherein the maintaining includes displaying a second plurality of objects included in the object list that is modified on the first digital page in accordance with the order of arrangement.

A method and system for maintaining the order of arrangement of a modified object list is provided. The method includes receiving selection of an object from a first plurality of objects of an object list, wherein the object list has an order of arrangement and is included on a first digital page displayed on a user interface of a device, receiving selection of a category icon from a plurality of category icons corresponding, to a plurality of categories, wherein the plurality of category icons are included on the first digital page, modifying the object list to exclude the object from the first digital page, and maintaining the order of arrangement of the object list that is modified, wherein the maintaining includes displaying a second plurality of objects included in the object list that is modified on the first digital page in accordance with the order of arrangement.

A system including an electronic document inspection device that identifies a set of electronic documents using a search query; a composite page generator that generates a composite page that i) is hosted by a different domain than at least some electronic documents in the set of electronic documents and ii) includes electronic documents from the set of electronic documents; an asset package generator that generates digital content asset packages, each digital content asset package including i) digital content assets and ii) instructions that specify a configuration of the digital content assets for the respective digital content asset package; and an asset package list generator that generates a digital content asset package list specifying an order of presentation of the digital content asset packages, wherein the composite page, the digital content asset packages, and the digital content asset package list are transmitted to a user device that provides the search query.

The operations include displaying a search result having an associated landing page and detecting user interaction with the search result. The operations include, in response to detecting user interaction with the search result, displaying a first portion of the landing page that is embedded within the resource and requesting, over a network, a second portion of the landing page. The operations include receiving the second portion of the landing page, and loading the second portion of the landing page. The generated resource is provided in response to the query.
