Systems and methods to authenticate a vehicle operator for an autonomous vehicle on a vehicle service platform are provided. In one example embodiment, a computer-implemented method includes obtaining authentication request data indicative of an authentication request, the authentication request data including at least an operator identifier associated with the vehicle operator and a vehicle identifier associated with the autonomous vehicle. The method includes providing a service code associated with the authentication request to the autonomous vehicle. The method includes obtaining from a user device in response to providing the service code to the autonomous vehicle, operator data associated with the authentication request, the operator data including the service code. The method includes determining an authentication result associated with the authentication request based at least in part on the service code and the operator data. The method includes providing the authentication result to the user device.

A system for granting access to an account at an access device includes a computer server having a hardware processor and a memory storing a software code. The hardware processor executes the software code to receive a login request from the access device through a first communications socket, open a second communications socket between the access device and the computer server, transmit a verification request message including a required call-to-action to a verification device through a third communications socket, and receive a verification response message verifying that the required call-to-action has been completed at the verification device. Upon receiving the verification response message, the software code sends an access token for accessing the account to the access device through the second communications socket, receives the access token from the access device, and grants the access device access to the account.

A system for granting access to an account at an access device includes a computer server having a hardware processor and a memory storing a software code. The hardware processor executes the software code to receive a login request from the access device through a first communications socket, open a second communications socket between the access device and the computer server, transmit a verification request message including a required call-to-action to a verification device through a third communications socket, and receive a verification response message verifying that the required call-to-action has been completed at the verification device. A system and methods of computer security are provided wherein a first mobile computing device drives an acoustic transducer to emit an acoustic signal encoding a time-based, one time password (TOTP) code, and a second mobile computing device measures output of a MEMS gyroscope that senses the emitted acoustic signal. A security authentication system for a website provides a safe login without having to directly enter an ID and a password on a user device requesting login to the website. A first user device receives one-time use authentication information from a second user device after the second user device received the one-time use authentication information from an authentication server without the authentication server receiving user login authentication information from the second user device. A request is transmitted to the authentication server based on the one-time use authentication information and the user login authentication information. In response to the request, one-time password (OTP) information is received from the authentication server. The OTP information is presented by the first user device, such that the OTP information can be entered into the second user device and used in a request to log in to the website.
