CURSOR OPERATION METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INPUT METHOD
Cursor operation methods and devices for input method are disclosed. According to the method, in an interface of a common candidate word selection mode of an input method, switching to an edit string cursor slide mode or a candidate column cursor slide mode is allowed, and, after entering the edit string cursor slide mode or the candidate column cursor slide mode, switching between the two modes is allowed. In the edit string cursor slide mode, sliding of the position of the cursor in an edit string is allowed by slide operation in an input area, and operations such as editing can be performed on the edit string. In the candidate item cursor slide mode, sliding of the position of the cursor in a candidate item string is allowed by slide operation in the input area.

A character input device, method, or stored program, may involve performing operations including acquiring one or more conversion candidates for a character string input to the character input device, a detector detecting selection of a conversion candidate, confirming, as a first character string of the input character string, and acquiring one or more follow-up candidates that follow the first character string. As the one or more follow-up candidates, a character string or strings representing a state of an event related to the confirmed first character string, may be acquired. The detector may receive selection of an acquired follow-up candidate. The follow-up candidate whose selection is received by the detector may be confirmed as a new second character string that has continuity with the first character string last confirmed.
Chinese Character Input Method, System and Keyboard
The invention discloses a Chinese character input method, system and a keyboard, and relates to the technical field of computers. A specific implementation of the method includes: recognizing the received key signal; in the case where the recognition result of the received key signal indicates a Chinese character Category Code and/or phrase Category Code, determining the recognized Chinese character and/or phrase represented by the Chinese character Category Code and/or the phrase Category Code; where the Chinese character Category Code is a combination of component Category Codes or a combination of component Category Codes and stroke Category Codes, used to represent Chinese characters; phrase Category Codes are combinations of component Category Codes, used to indicate phrases; display the determined Chinese characters and/or phrases. This implementation method solves the problem of messy character splitting, conforms to the character theory, is easy to remember and easy to use, does not require special learning. The entire input process is very natural, there are not many rules, the learning difficulty is reduced, and there are no special requirements for equipment conditions.
Method for inputting Chinese characters using mortise and tenon joint structures for Chinese characters formed by building members
Disclosed are mortise and tenon joint structures for Chinese characters formed by building members having the same or different configurations, and a method for inputting Chinese characters by using the building members. The Chinese characters are de-structured such that each Chinese character consists one or more radicals which are formed by the mortise and tenon joint structures or variants thereof. The variants of the mortise and tenon joint structures are formed by shift, rotation or combination of shift and rotation of the building members of the mortise and tenon joint structures. This establishes an inputting method between the Latin letters and Chinese characters.
INPUT METHOD EDITOR FOR REMOTE APPLICATIONS
According to some embodiments, a method can include: detecting, by a first computing device, activation of a text input of an application executing on the first computing device; and responsive to the detection of the activation of the text input, sending one or more attributes of the text input from the first computing device to a second computing device displaying the application, the second computing device configured to present a composition window having the one or more attributes in common with the text input of the application, the composition window being part of an input method editor (IME) executing on the second computing device.

In some embodiments, a method includes: receiving, by a first computing device, text composed using a composition window of a second computing device; entering, by the first computing device, the composed text into a text input of an application executing on the first computing device; determining, by the first computing device, one or more attributes of a cursor of the text input, the one or more attributes of the cursor including at least a position of the cursor; and sending, by the first computing device, the one or more attributes of the cursor to the second computing device, the second computing device configured to display the application and to position the composition window relative to the displayed application based on the position of the cursor determined by the first computing device.

This invention adds a touch screen to a hardware keyboard as additional input from handwriting for a PC or a laptop. The new keyboard with a small size touch screen provides convenient ways for handwriting notes, drawing graph or painting, converting handwritten characters to formal text. A user equipment obtains a radio characteristics measurement for at least one of a plurality of antennas of the user equipment. Responsive to the radio characteristics measurement satisfying a grip pattern reconfiguration rule, the user equipment selects a grip pattern from among a set of grip patterns, and generates a grip pattern notification through a user interface based on the grip pattern that was selected.

The method includes: collecting a to-be-processed text image, and performing gesture recognition on the to-be-processed text image to obtain a to-be-processed text, where the to-be-processed text is a text selected from the to-be-processed text image through a gesture; performing voice broadcasting on the to-be-processed text to prompt a user to perform dictation processing on the to-be-processed text; and collecting a dictation text image, performing recognition on the dictation text image, and determining a dictation check result according to a recognition result and the to-be-processed text.
