ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND OPERATION METHOD OF ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electronic device includes: a display; a memory storing instructions; and a processor operatively connected with the display and the memory, and configured to execute the instructions to: control the display to display a first screen, based on a first user input, control the display to switch the first screen to a second screen, identify whether at least one input field in the first screen meets a specified condition, based on identifying the at least one input field meets the specified condition, identify a property of the at least one input field, based on a second user input, copy content included in the second screen, identify whether at least a portion of the copied content is applicable to the at least one input field based on the property of the at least one input field, and based on identifying the at least the portion of the copied content is applicable to the at least one input field, control the display to display a user interface for entering the at least the portion of the copied content in the at least one input field.
DISPLAY DATA OBTAINING METHOD, ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A method is provided for obtaining display data. The method includes: obtaining rendering data corresponding to an application program surface; obtaining, in response to detecting an operation of adjusting a dimension of the application program surface, a transformation coefficient corresponding to the application program surface, where the transformation coefficient is a scale value between a dimension of the application program surface after adjustment and a dimension before adjustment; and obtaining display data of a corresponding masking layer of the application program surface according to the transformation coefficient and the rendering data.
Keyboard/video/monitor switch for servers without integrated video controller
An apparatus comprises a switch and nodes coupled to the switch. Each node does not include an integrated video controller and transmits data to the switch via a USB and a serial connection. The switch comprises a controller which stores video output generated based on data received via serial connections. The controller: receives a user selection for a first node; transmits the user selection to a first multiplexer; retrieves a first video output generated based on data received via the corresponding serial connection; and transmits the first video output to a second multiplexer. The first multiplexer transmits USB data received from the first node to the second multiplexer. If the first node is in a pre-boot environment, the second multiplexer selects the first video output for transmission. If the first node is in a post-boot environment, the second multiplexer selects the data received from the first node for transmission.
System and method for tracking changes between a current state and a last state seen by a user
A system and method for tracking differences between a last state seen by a user and a current state is provided. A user views a graphical user interface (GUI) wind that displays one or more states. Should the user's focus shift from the GUI and return after one or more states displayed therein have been modified, the system highlights the change between the current state and the user's last seen state.
APPLYING A DEGREE OF TRANSPARENCY
Implementations disclosed herein relate to a device for applying a degree of transparency. The device may comprise a display engine to display a foreground and background area, wherein the background area is associated with a first application and the foreground area is associated with a second application. The device may further comprise a transparency engine to apply a degree of transparency to the foreground area in an overlap area between the foreground area and the background area. The device may further comprise a trigger engine to determine whether a trigger event associated with the first application has occurred, wherein the trigger event is based on a metric value received by the first application, and in response to determining that the triggering event associated with the first application has occurred, cause the display engine to display the first application in front of the second application.
Touch-Sensitive Remote Control with Visual Feedback
An audio/video (A/V) hub provides feedback to a user of a portable electronic device with a touch-sensitive display (such as a cellular telephone) that is used as a wireless remote control for an audio/video (A/V) display device, the A/V hub and/or a consumer-electronic device. In particular, when the A/V hub receives, from the portable electronic device, user-interface activity information associated with a user interface displayed on a touch-sensitive display, the A/V hub generates visual feedback based on the user-interface activity information. Then, the A/V hub provides the visual feedback to the A/V display device for display on the A/V display device. The visual feedback indicates a position of at least a touch contact point of a user of the portable electronic device relative to a strike area of at least a virtual command icon in the user interface.
VISUAL MUSIC COLOR CONTROL SYSTEM
Described herein are various technologies pertaining to presenting, and configuring, digital objects on a display device for application with a visual music presentation. An interactive screen can be presented on a touchscreen of a display device, wherein a visual musician can interact with one or more components and/or features comprising the screen to control presentation of the digital objects. A portion of the screen can be configured to initially present a continuous hue spectrum, which can subsequently be replaced with a discrete hue spectrum. Further, a spectrum comprising naturally visible hues can be modified such that a plurality of hues in the spectrum are positioned equally across the spectrum, and further, brightness of respective hues can be modified to enable visually appealing visual music presentation.
Automated teller device having accessibility configurations
An automated teller device having accessibility configurations is disclosed. in one aspect, in response to a setting to enable the accessibility keypad mode, the automated teller device operates a session in an accessibility keypad mode. In the accessibility keypad mode a second set of actions is mapped to the keys of the keypad. The second set of actions is different than a first set of actions mapped to the keys of the keypad in a standard keypad mode. The second set of actions comprises one or more of actions for navigation and input selection of the graphical user interface, actions for control of audio being reproduced, actions for control of volume of the audio being reproduced, or actions for control of a rate of reproduction of the audio being reproduced.
USER INPUT INTERPRETATION VIA DRIVER PARAMETERS
Examples are disclosed that relate to interpreting user input at a computing device. One example provides a method comprising recording a plurality of interactions between a user and a computing device conducted using an input device, and extracting, from the plurality of interactions, one or more performance indicators. The method further comprises accessing a data store to obtain a predetermined profile that corresponds to the one or more performance indicators, the predetermined profile including one or more driver parameters, and implementing, at one or both of the computing device and the input device, at least one of the one or more driver parameters so as to at least affect how user input is interpreted at the computing device.
