Systems and methods for contract negotiation and drafting
The systems and methods herein provide a user-friendly, automated and transparent, contract drafting and negotiation tool. Through the contract drafting and negotiation tool two parties can negotiate agreement using template agreements including one or more sections in which each user is able to select one of a plurality of input options that affect the terms of the contract. In each instance, each party can see the option selected by the other party, as well as the options not selected by the other party. The systems and methods facilitate efficient and transparent contract negotiation and drafting.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GENERATING, TRIGGERING, AND PLAYING AUDIO CUES IN REAL TIME USING A PERSONAL AUDIO DEVICE
A system and method for generating, triggering and playinga sequence of audio files with cues for delivering a presentation for a presenter using a personal audio devicecoupled to a computing device. The system comprising the comprising a computer devicethat is coupled to a presentation data analysis server through a network. The method includes (i) generating a sequence of audio files with cues for delivering a presentation, (ii) triggering playing an audio file from the sequence of audio files, and (iii) playing the sequence of audio files one by one, on the computing device, using the personal audio devicecoupled to a computing deviceto enable the presenter to recall and speak the content based on the sequence of the audio files.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATIC FORMATTING OF PRESENTATION SLIDES
Various embodiments provided herein relate to a method and system for automatic formatting of presentation slides. In at least one embodiment, the method comprises receiving an input slide, the input slide comprising one or more objects having a first slide layout configuration; determining metadata associated with the input slide, the determined metadata corresponding to property features of the one or more objects; analyzing the metadata to classify the one or more objects; identifying one or more slide layout functional objectives; based on the one or more slide layout functional objectives, applying one or more transformations to the detected objects, wherein each transformation comprises adjusting the metadata corresponding to the one or more detected objects to generate one or more adjusted objects; and generating a modified slide, the modified slide comprising one or more adjusted objects having a second slide layout configuration.
Managing content item collections
Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media for managing content item collections. For example, in embodiment, a client device may receive first user input selecting a content item collection. The client device may generate a graphical user interface for presenting the content item collection. The content item collection may include one or more tiles. Each tile may correspond to a content item embedded into the content item collection and stored by a content management system. The client device may present the content item collection including the one or more tiles. The client device may present, within each of the one or more tiles, an image representing the corresponding content item.
COMPUTING DEVICE AND CORRESPONDING METHOD FOR GENERATING DATA REPRESENTING TEXT
An example method involves (i) accessing first data representing text, wherein the text defines at least one position representing a particular type of grammatical break between two portions of the text; (ii) identifying, from among the at least one position, a position that is closest to a target position within the text; (iii) based on the identified position within the text, generating second data that represents a proper subset of the text, wherein the proper subset extends from an initial position within the text to the identified position within the text; and (iv) providing output based on the generated second data.
Method and system for suggesting revisions to an electronic document
A method for suggesting revisions to a document-under-analysis from a seed database, the seed database including a plurality of original texts each respectively associated with one of a plurality of final texts, the method for suggesting revisions including selecting a statement-under-analysis (“SUA”), selecting a first original text of the plurality of original texts, determining a first edit-type classification of the first original text with respect to its associated final text, generating a first similarity score for the first original text based on the first edit-type classification, the first similarity score representing a degree of similarity between the SUA and the first original text, selecting a second original text of the plurality of original texts, determining a second edit-type classification of the second original text with respect to its associated final text, generating a second similarity score for the second original text based on the second edit-type classification, the second similarity score representing a degree of similarity between the SUA and the second original text, selecting a candidate original text from one of the first original text and the second original text, and creating an edited SUA (“ESUA”) by modifying a copy of the first SUA consistent with a first candidate final text associated with the first candidate original text.

Device Dependent Rendering of PDF Content Including Multiple Articles and a Table of Contents
The technology disclosed relates to systems and methods for device-dependent display of an article from a PDF file that has multiple articles and a table of contents to the articles. The system can use a library to render the article from the PDF file. The rendering can include bounding boxes positioned at on-page coordinates that can include one or more images and multiple text blocks of glyphs. The system can detect at least one table in the PDF file that includes pages numbers and multiple columns. The system includes logic to partition a contiguous sequence of text representing the table into text blocks of entries and columns. The system includes logic to merge multiple text blocks that align horizontally with a single page number into a single text block. Table of contents is displayed in a device-dependent format including the entries from the merged text blocks.
