Disclosed are techniques for building a dynamic dictionary and using the dictionary to remove phrases or words appearing in and out of context in a document. The techniques include, for example, receiving electronic health record (EHR) data, determining, using natural language processing (NLP), an instance of a personal health information (PHI) phrase in the EHR data based on a NLP system confidence metric being above a threshold, determining another instance of the PHI phrase in the EHR data that does not have the same context as the first context, removing the instances of the PHI phrase from the EHR data to produce cleaned EHR data, and taking an action based on the cleaned EHR data. The confidence metric can indicate likelihood that the PHI phrase is a PHI phrase and the metric can be based at least in part on a first context of the PHI phrase.

A generation method implemented by a computer, the generation method including: acquiring, by a processor circuit of the computer, read information generated from a reading result that is a document image obtained by imaging a paper document; and generating, by the processor circuit, an electronic document with a signature image that includes the electronic document and the signature image by adding the signature image obtained by imaging a signature written or stamped on the paper document to an electronic document that corresponds to the acquired read information.

A generation method implemented by a computer, the generation method including: acquiring, by a processor circuit of the computer, read information generated from a reading result that is a document image obtained by imaging a paper document; and generating, by the processor circuit, an electronic document with a signature image that includes the electronic document and the signature image by adding the signature image obtained by imaging a signature written or stamped on the paper document to an electronic document that corresponds to the acquired read information.

A document editing method includes: displaying a shared document page including content of a target shared document and description information of document insertion content. The target shared document and the document insertion content are from different content platforms. The method includes displaying a link editing page of the document insertion content in response to an editing operation on the description information of the document insertion content; acquiring target link address information edited through the link editing page; and updating the document insertion content to target content corresponding to the target link address information.

A document editing method includes: displaying a shared document page including content of a target shared document and description information of document insertion content. The target shared document and the document insertion content are from different content platforms. The method includes displaying a link editing page of the document insertion content in response to an editing operation on the description information of the document insertion content; acquiring target link address information edited through the link editing page; and updating the document insertion content to target content corresponding to the target link address information.

Methods, systems, and devices supporting data processing are described. In some systems, a user device may receive an indication to aviate an in-line view of a data record from a data platform that is external to a document editing client. A server running the document editing client may query the external data platform for a value of a field of the data record based on the received indication to activate the in-line view. The server, the user device, or both may cause the value to be displayed within the document editing client in an in-line position at which the indication to activate the in-line view is received.

A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium stores instructions executable by a controller of an information processing apparatus. The instructions cause the controller to perform operations. The operations include: displaying an edit screen, the edit screen being configured to receive a translation instruction, the edit screen including a text area and a print area, the print area being configured to place therein a target text string to be printed; upon receiving on the edit screen an operation for inputting the target text string, displaying the target text string in a first language in the text area; upon receiving on the edit screen the translation instruction for translating the target text string displayed in the text area from the first language into a second language, translating the target text string to obtain a translation data piece representing a translated text string in the second language.

A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium stores instructions executable by a controller of an information processing apparatus. The instructions cause the controller to perform operations. The operations include: displaying an edit screen, the edit screen being configured to receive a translation instruction, the edit screen including a text area and a print area, the print area being configured to place therein a target text string to be printed; upon receiving on the edit screen an operation for inputting the target text string, displaying the target text string in a first language in the text area; upon receiving on the edit screen the translation instruction for translating the target text string displayed in the text area from the first language into a second language, translating the target text string to obtain a translation data piece representing a translated text string in the second language.

A network-based service may be provided for facilitating queries for a number of items, such as travel services. A user may submit a query including criteria for determining one or more relevant items. Based on the submitted query, the network-based service may present the user with information regarding the actions of other similar users of the network-based service, such as searches performed by the other users. Based on this information, the user may elect to supplement the current query to conform to the actions for other users. In some embodiments, actions by other users may be based at least in part on a category of the querying user. By presenting actions of similar users, a current user may be enabled to select the most relevant query terms for identifying a desired item.
