AGING MITIGATION
Aspects of the present disclosure control aging of a signal path in an idle mode to mitigate aging. In one example, an input of the signal path is alternately parked low and high over multiple idle periods to balance the aging of devices (e.g., transistors) in the signal path. In another example, a clock signal (e.g., a clock signal with a low frequency) is input to the signal path during idle periods to balance the aging of devices (e.g., transistors) in the signal path. In another example, the input of the signal path is parked high or low during each idle period based on an aging pattern.
SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND APPARATUSES FOR TILE LOAD
Embodiments detailed herein relate to matrix operations. In particular, the loading of a matrix (tile) from memory. For example, support for a loading instruction is described in the form of decode circuitry to decode an instruction having fields for an opcode, a destination matrix operand identifier, and source memory information, and execution circuitry to execute the decoded instruction to load groups of strided data elements from memory into configured rows of the identified destination matrix operand to memory.
Method and a mirrored serial interface (MSI) for transferring data
The present disclosure relates to a mirrored serial interface (MSI) for accessing peripherals through four wire serial interface. More particularly, the present disclosure is related to serial peripheral protocol with looped back mechanism in which contents of source data line are looped back onto the destination line and compared at every clock edge to ensure data sanity and to assert presence of slave and master device during and between cycles.
Semiconductor device having neural network
A semiconductor device capable of efficiently recognizing images utilizing a neural network is provided. The semiconductor device includes a shift register group, a D/A converter, and a product-sum operation circuit. The product-sum operation circuit includes an analog memory and stores a parameter of a filter. The shift register group captures image data and outputs part of the image data to the D/A converter while shifting the image data. The D/A converter converts the part of the input image data into analog data and outputs the analog data to the product-sum operation circuit.

A representative system includes an interconnection network; a processor; and a plurality of configurable circuit clusters. Each configurable circuit cluster includes a plurality of configurable circuits arranged in an array; a synchronous network coupled to each configurable circuit of the array; and an asynchronous packet network coupled to each configurable circuit of the array. A representative configurable circuit includes a configurable computation circuit and a configuration memory having a first, instruction memory storing a plurality of data path configuration instructions to configure a data path of the configurable computation circuit; and a second, instruction and instruction index memory storing a plurality of spoke instructions and data path configuration instruction indices for selection of a master synchronous input, a current data path configuration instruction, and a next data path configuration instruction for a next configurable computation circuit.
Systems, methods, and apparatuses for tile store
Embodiments detailed herein relate to matrix operations. In particular, the loading of a matrix (tile) from memory. For example, support for a loading instruction is described in at least a form of decode circuitry to decode an instruction having fields for an opcode, a source matrix operand identifier, and destination memory information, and execution circuitry to execute the decoded instruction to store each data element of configured rows of the identified source matrix operand to memory based on the destination memory information.
Fuseload architecture for system-on-chip reconfiguration and repurposing
Methods, systems, and devices that support fuseload architectures for system-on-chip (SoC) reconfiguration and repurposing are described. Trim data may be loaded from fuses to registers on a die based on a fuse header. For example, a set of registers coupled with a set of fuses on the die may be identified, where the set of fuses may store trim data to be copied to the registers as part of a fuseload procedure. In such cases, one or more fuse headers may be identified within the trim data, and each fuse header may correspond to a fuse group that includes a subset of fuses. Based on one or more subfields within a fuse header, a mapping between fuse addresses and register addresses may be determined, and the trim data from each fuse group may be copied into a set of registers based on the mapping.
REGISTER PRESSURE TARGET FUNCTION SPLITTING
Provided are embodiments for a method of performing register pressure targeted function splitting. The method can include determining a candidate region of a function, the candidate region comprising variables, and determining a number of available registers in a computing system for allocating the variables of the function. The method can also include grouping the variables in the candidate region into first variables and second variables based at least in part on the number of available registers, and splitting the candidate region of the function into split functions based at least in part on the grouping of the variables. Also provided are embodiments for a computer program product and a system for performing register pressure targeted function splitting
PROGRAMMABLE APPLICATION-SPECIFIC ARRAY FOR PROTECTING CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTEGRITY OF HARDWARE IPS
A method and system are directed to protecting hardware IP, particularly of ASIC designs. Programmability is introduced into an ASIC design to increase the difficulty of formulating ASIC designs as Boolean Satisfiability (SAT) problems. Fine-grain redaction of security-critical information from a design is employed by removing high-entropy logic blocks and subsequently inserting programmable components in place of the redacted portion to hide the actual design intent.
Two dimensional masked shift instruction
An image processor is described. The image processor includes a two dimensional shift register array that couples certain ones of its array locations to support execution of a shift instruction. The shift instruction is to include mask information. The mask information is to specify which of the array locations are to be written to with information being shifted. The two dimensional shift register array includes masking logic circuitry to write the information being shifted into specified ones of the array locations in accordance with the mask information.
