Agile time-continuous memory operation for a radio frequency identification transponder

A radio frequency identification (RFID) transponder includes a current control module for controlling a current consumption of a memory based on an amount of available power, and a control logic for controlling a memory operation in response to the control of the current consumption by the current control module. The RFID transponder further includes a power detector that is configured to continuously monitor and detect the amount of available power and output a power-dependent control signal. The power-dependent control signal is used by the RFID transponder to control the current consumption of the memory in dependence on the available power.

Industrial printer

A high speed tabletop and industrial printer is disclosed with integrated high speed RFID encoding and verification at the same time. The industrial printer simultaneously prints on and electronically encodes/verifies RFID labels, tags, and/or stickers attached to a continuous web. The industrial printer comprises a lighted sensor array for indexing the printing to the RFID tags; and a cutter powered from the industrial printer for cutting the web that the RFID tags are disposed on. The industrial printer comprises two RFID reader/writers that are individually controlled. Specifically, one of the RFID reader/writers comprises the ability to electronically encode the RFID tags while the web is moving; and the second RFID reader/writer uses an additional RFID module and antenna on the printer for verifying the data encoded to the RFID tags.

Provided are an information processing method and system, an electrical device, and an edge computing device. The method includes receiving at least one of preset information sent by an edge computing device or operation parameter information of the electrical device sent by the edge computing device; and controlling operation of the electrical device according to the at least one of the preset information or the operation parameter information. The preset information is preset information broadcast by an electronic tag on a preset object within the preset range of the electrical device. After the electronic tag broadcasts the preset information, the preset information is received by a base station and sent to the edge computing device by the base station. The operation parameter information is determined according to the preset information.

Near field communication device and tag position determination method by using the same

A near field communication device and a method of determining the position of a tag are provided. The near field communication device includes a first coil, a second coil, and a control circuit. One end of the first coil is coupled to a first grounding end. One end of the second coil is coupled to a second grounding end. The control circuit includes a first current pin and a second current pin. The first current pin is coupled to the other end of the first coil. The second current pin is coupled to the other end of the second coil. The control circuit transmits a first current signal to the first coil by the first current pin, and transmits a second current signal to the second coil by the second current pin, the control circuit analyzes the change of the first current signal and the change of the second current signal to determine whether the position of a tag is close to the first coil or close to the second coil.
