FACE MODEL MATRIX TRAINING METHOD AND APPARATUS, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
Face model matrix training method, apparatus, and storage medium are provided. The method includes: obtaining a face image library, the face image library including k groups of face images, and each group of face images including at least one face image of at least one person, k>2, and k being an integer; separately parsing each group of the k groups of face images, and calculating a first matrix and a second matrix according to parsing results, the first matrix being an intra-group covariance matrix of facial features of each group of face images, and the second matrix being an inter-group covariance matrix of facial features of the k groups of face images; and training face model matrices according to the first matrix and the second matrix.
UNOBTRUSIVE IDENTITY MATCHER: A TOOL FOR REAL-TIME VERIFICATION OF IDENTITY
A mobile device comprising memory configured to store instructions; and a processor, the instructions configured to cause the processor to: capture small specimens of livescan fingerprint ridges using a scaled down fingerprint sensor, use RSM matching to find the ridge structure in a matching reference, use Level 3 Features to confirm the livescan-to-reference match, and use Level 3 features selectively based on “guidance” provided using Level 2 features.
AUTOMATION OF IMAGE VALIDATION
An automated process to determine whether an image has been modified includes receiving an image (e.g., via a web portal), requesting an image validation service to analyze the image to determine whether the image and/or a subject depicted in the image, has been modified from its original form and, based on the analysis of the image validation service, outputting a likelihood that the image has been modified. The image validation service may analyze the image using one or more operations to determine a likelihood that the image has been modified, and provide an indication of the likelihood that the image has been modified to the web portal. The indication of the likelihood that the image has been modified may be presented on a display via the web portal, and various actions may be suggested or taken based on the likelihood that the image has been modified.
Cloud Based Ingredient Data Management
The improved data management system includes a computerized database device for capturing item technical data provided and maintained by a vendor. A digital representation of the item, for example, a linear or matrix code, ASCII, image, or video data is associated with the technical data. An end user interface utilizes a camera on the end user's smart phone, tablet device, or other computing device to generate image related data of an item of interest for correlation with the digital representation, and is utilized by the database to look up and present the technical data associated with the item of interest. An enhancer interface allows the addition and maintenance of enhancement data to be associated with item technical data and presented to an end user when considering an item of interest.
CAMERA POSE ESTIMATION
A system for determining a camera pose relative to an object including a unique feature may include a monocular camera configured to produce an image of the object, and a processing unit in operative communication with the monocular camera. The processing unit may be configured to: identify the unique feature of the object in the image produced by the monocular camera, synthesize at least four points along a contour of the object in the image using the identified unique feature as a starting point, synthesize a same number of points as synthesized in the image along a contour of the object in a reference model, the reference model preprogrammed into a memory of the processing unit, correlate the points from the reference model to the image, and determine a pose of the monocular camera based on the correlated points.
Three dimensional imaging with a single camera
Systems and methods provide accurate pixel depth information to be applied to a single image taken by a single camera in generating a three-dimensional (3D) image. In particular, two or more images can be captured during, e.g., lateral movement of a camera to ascertain depth in a scene on a pixel level. Use of an optical image stabilization (OIS) system that can provide at least three axes of stabilization eliminates the variability associated with conventional systems that create problems with image registration. Further still, and because actual pixel depth information is being calculated rather than merely generating stereoscopic images to trick the eyes into perceiving depth, the pixel depth information that is calculated can be leveraged in other ways, such as for providing automated measurements merely by taking a picture of an object or scene.
Fingerprint Detecting Circuit and Fingerprint Identification System
The present invention, belonging to a field of fingerprint detecting technology, relates to a fingerprint detecting circuit including: a first conductive layer; a second conductive layer; an inverting amplifier, comprising a single input terminal coupled to the first conductive layer; and an output terminal coupled to the second conductive layer; and a switching unit, configured for establishing a DC operating point of the inverting amplifier, wherein a terminal of the switching unit is coupled to the input terminal, and another terminal of the switching unit is coupled to the output terminal. The present invention utilizes the inverting amplifier with single input single output and the switching unit to quickly and correctly establish the DC biasing point of the inverting amplifier, and convert the sensing capacitance into the output signal. No need for another biasing circuit. The circuit structure thereof is simple and the accuracy is high.
Detecting a label from an image
Determining a label from an image is disclosed, including: obtaining an image; determining a first portion of the image associated with a special mark; determining a second portion of the image associated with a label based at least in part on the first portion of the image associated with the special mark; and applying character recognition to the second portion of the image associated with the label to determine a value associated with the label.
Methods of automatically recording patching changes at passive patch panels and network equipment
Methods of executing patching connection changes in a patching field are provided in which an electronic work order is received on a display located at the patching field, the electronic work order specifying the patching connection change. A technician may perform the patching connection change. Then, an electronic message may be sent from the patching field indicating that the patching change has been completed.
MEDIA OVERLAY SELECTION SYSTEM
A computing system receives, from a client device, image data describing an image captured by an optical sensor of the client device. The computing system compares the image to a set of reference images that include associated metadata describing a real-world feature depicted by the respective reference image. The computing system determines, based on the comparison, a subset of reference images that are similar to the image, and then determines, based on associated metadata of the subset of reference images, that the image captured by the optical sensor of the client device depicts a first real-world feature. The computing system selects a subset of media overlays related to the first real-world feature based on metadata associated with each media overlay that describes the respective media overlay. The computing system transmits the subset of media overlays to the client device.
