A method comprising using at least one hardware processor to: generate a que of users willing to respond to queries; receive a query and a required number of responses from an application; and assign from the que a plurality of users to respond to the query, wherein the number of the plurality of users is based on the required number of responses and wherein the users are assigned based on a score that is indicative of a quality determination of prior responses for each of the plurality of users, wherein the score is based at least on positive feedback including investing, wherein investing comprises: displaying a list of all responses of a particular user, receiving a selection of a response from the list, receiving a payment representative of the investment, initiating an investigation; and providing a results of the investigation.

Aspects of the disclosure provide a computer-implemented method and system for the assignment of roadside assistance service providers such as tow trucks to distressed vehicles/drivers requiring roadside assistance. The methods and systems may include a roadside assistance service provider system with a collection module, an assignment module, and a feedback module. The collection module collects roadside assistance service provider information and historical statistics from real-world information and stores the information in a database that may then be analyzed using particular rules and formulas. The assignment module assigns particular roadside assistance service providers to particular distressed vehicles/drivers based on one or more characteristics. The feedback module may provide near real-time cues to the tow truck driver's mobile device, such as alerting when the amount of time spent on a task exceeds a predefined threshold, flagging high priority tasks/assignments, providing a step-by-step checklist for the repair.

Systems and methods for communicating proposals in a task determination system are provided. The task determination system can generate in real-time a set of proposals corresponding to a task. The set of proposals are generated based on a task type and a member profile associated with a member for whom the task is being performed. The task determination system generates a ranking of the set of proposals based on suitability metrics between the task and the set of proposals. Based on the ranking and these suitability metrics, one or more proposals are selected for presentation to the member. The member profile associated with the member can be updated in real-time as the member interacts with the one or more proposals.

Systems and methods for proposal acceptance in a task determination system are provided. The task determination system receives in real-time a set of messages through a communications session associated with a task. The set of messages are processed in real-time to identify a response to a set of proposals for completion of the task. Based on the response, the task determination system generates one or more proposal tasks performable to complete the task. The task determination system performs one or more actions according to the one or more proposal tasks to complete the task. The task determination system updates the member profile in real-time based on these actions, the task, and the response to the set of proposals.

Embodiments are directed to data ingestion over a network. Raw data and integrated data associated with a plurality of separate data sources may be provided such that the raw data includes content associated with a plurality of subjects. Categorization models may be employed to categorize the raw data based on various features, such as, format, structure, data source, variability, volume, or associated entities. Matching models may be determined based on the categorization of the of the raw data, the integrated data and the content associated with the plurality of subjects. Matching models may generate a plurality of unified facts based on the raw data and the integrated data such that each unified fact is associated with a score associated with a quality of its match with a unified schema.

An information processing apparatus includes an accumulation unit that accumulates history information regarding a flight history of an aircraft. A specification unit, based on the history information accumulated by the accumulation unit, specifies a candidate to be an operation assistant who assists an operation planned by an assisted operator. An output unit outputs information regarding the candidate to be the operation assistant specified by the specification unit.

An apparatus and methods are provided to cross-check the reliability of data. Referring to one of the methods, the cross-checking includes receiving a client request containing data in the form of geographic-related information associated with a location. The method also includes determining one or more knowledge providers to determine one or more confidence levels for the data of the client request based on a type of the geographic-related information at the specific location. The method further includes causing the transmission of at least some of the geographic-related information the client request to the one or more knowledge providers. The method still further includes determining one or more confidence levels of the geographic-related information based on a comparison of the geographic-related information and a known resource associated the specific location. A corresponding apparatus and additional method are also provided.

A method for providing candidate recommendations for an open position based on problem solving proficiency and culture matching includes: receiving job posting data from a first computing system, the job posting data including employer culture markers and job criteria values; receiving candidate information for a candidate, the candidate information including candidate culture markers, text submissions, and candidate values; determining a culture match score by comparing the employer culture markers against the candidate culture markers; determining a problem solving proficiency level for the candidate by applying a problem solving algorithm to the text submissions; and transmitting a hiring recommendation for the candidate to the first computing system based on the determined culture match score and problem solving proficiency level for the candidate and the criteria values.

This invention application presents a cyclic two-way bidding matching method and system used to periodically match resumes and recruitment positions by the way of bidding matching. Every round of bidding matching cycle comprises: comparing the pre-matching items of resumes and positions, and establishing a pre-matching relation between the positions and resumes if their pre-matching items match each other; based on the pre-matching relation, quantifying each resume's attraction and each position's attraction; building the bidding queue of resumes and the bidding queue of positions, then the two-way bidding matching is implemented to match resumes and positions to get the two-way optimal matching results. In every round of bidding matching cycle, a certain number of matching results are generated for each resume and for each position. As the bidding matching periodically runs rounds after rounds, more and more two-way optimal matching results are generated.

A production environment monitoring system notes when problems or issues arise in a computer-based production environment. A noted problem or issue can trigger an escalation policy that calls for notifying an individual identified in the escalation policy to ask the individual to resolve or mitigate the problem or issue. The notification sent to the individual identified in the escalation policy also includes information about one or more individuals that are knowledgeable about the problem or issue that triggered the escalation policy and that may be able to provide assistance in resolving or mitigating the problem or issue.
