METHOD OF COLLABORATIVE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
A method of collaboratively developing software includes recording a plurality of developers' tasks relating to a collection of software development files via software executing on a computer. The method further includes calculating a proximity score between a plurality of tasks based on the overlap of the developers' activities via software executing on a computer. The method further includes selecting and capturing a group of task properties that along with the proximity score can be used to select a group of task pairings that require coordination. The method further includes notifying the developers assigned to the task pairings selected that they may need to coordinate their development efforts.
SYSTEM, METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM FOR RISK OPTIMIZATION THROUGH EQUIPMENT, USER, AND SITE MODELING
A risk management method, system, and non-transitory computer readable medium, include a data analyzing circuit configured to analyze user data, site data, and equipment data to map prior behavior types to an event on a site, a relationship determining circuit configured to determine a relationship between the mapped data and the event based on behaviors exhibited by the user and an impact on a performance factor and a risk factor, and a reinforcement learning circuit configured to use reinforcement learning to learn the performance factor to the risk factor ratio to optimize an overall site productivity.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REAL-TIME PREDICTIVE SCHEDULING
The present application includes a method and system for real-time predictive scheduling. The system receives information from at least one workload input and at least one personnel input, calculating an initial schedule based on the information and on analytics rules in a scheduling analytics engine. The system then allocates incoming workloads to customer service representatives according to the initial schedule, while monitoring adherence to the initial schedule by calculating deviation from schedule adherence. If the deviation from schedule adherence exceeds an acceptable deviation from schedule adherence within the analytics rules, the system calculates an updated schedule.
SYSTEM WITH CAPACITY AND RESOURCE ALLOCATION DISPLAY TO FACILITATE UPDATE OF ELECTRONIC RECORD INFORMATION
A planned resource allocation data store may contain electronic records representing a plurality of planned resource allocations for an enterprise. An actual resource allocation data store may contain electronic records representing a plurality of actual resource allocations. A back-end application computer server may receive, from a remote user device associated with a first user identifier, data about planned and actual resource allocations and update the data stores. The computer server may also receive an indication of a period of time to be analyzed and access information in the planned and actual resource allocation data stores associated with the first user identifier and the period of time. A total planned occupancy value and a total actual occupancy value may then be calculated and displayed via an interactive user interface based on the accessed information.
SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE OPERATOR WORKLOAD ASSESSMENT AND ANNUNCIATION
A system to assess the current, or future workload of a pilot and automatically providing annunciation when needed to the pilot, as well as to resources that support the pilot. The system may automatically, and without pilot involvement, assess the workload for the pilot based on incoming events and abnormal scenarios. The predicted incoming events may be related to operation data, such as navigation information, weather, traffic avoidance, and so on. The system may also detect abnormal scenarios, such as engine warnings, fuel or other aircraft issues. The system may determine whether the predicted incoming events or the abnormal scenario satisfies one or more pre-defined criteria. Based on the event satisfying one or more criteria, the system may output an annunciation to either the pilot, resources that support the pilot, such as an additional pilot and air traffic control (ATC).
System for Automated Floor Cleaning
A method of managing a plurality of washrooms in a facility for servicing by service personnel and, more particularly, for establishing servicing operations which provide for service of at least selected of the dispensers before their consumable product supply falls below a pre-selected refill value.
PUNCH ITEM WORKER INTERFACE
A method implements a punch item worker interface. The method includes receiving a task image from a worker interface. The task image depicts a worksite corresponding to a task of a checklist item presented in a checklist view. The method further includes updating the checklist item with a task thumbnail corresponding to the task image. The method further includes presenting the checklist view with a notification and with the checklist item updated to include a punch thumbnail of a punch image from a builder interface. The method further includes receiving a punch task image from the worker interface. The method further includes updating the checklist item with a punch task thumbnail corresponding to the punch task image.
EXPORTING WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICE RECORDS AND NON-ITERATIVELY REVISING TASK ASSIGNMENTS
A non-iterative revising tool is provided, which interfaces with a WFM service running on one or more WFM hosts. The non-iterative revising tool can configure a client computing device to export timetable records and staffing forecast records from a WFM service; non-iteratively revise, for a referent employee, task assignments of timetable records to fulfill forecast workload volumes of a primary task type according to conditions not implemented by conventional WFM services; and import revised timetable records into the WFM service after work task assignments have been at least partially aligned with forecast workload volumes based on an alignment objective. The non-iterative revising tool and the WFM services configuring client computing devices and WFM hosts in conjunction allows numerous data records to be exported from WFM hosts running the WFM services, revised over a single pass by client computing devices running the non-iterative revising tool, and imported back to the WFM hosts running the WFM services, in just minutes.
PUNCH ITEM BUILDER INTERFACE
A method implements a punch item builder interface. The method includes receiving a punch image from a builder interface. The punch image depicts a worksite corresponding to a task of a checklist item presented in a checklist view. The method further includes updating the checklist item with a punch thumbnail corresponding to the punch image. The method further includes presenting the checklist view with a notification and with the checklist item updated to include a punch review thumbnail of a punch review image from a trade interface. The method further includes presenting the punch review image from the trade interface responsive to the punch review thumbnail. The method further includes updating the checklist item with a punch review thumbnail corresponding to the punch review image.
PUNCH ITEM TRADE INTERFACE
A method implements a punch item trade interface. The method includes receiving a review image from a trade interface. The review image depicts a worksite corresponding to a task of a checklist item presented in a checklist view. The method further includes updating the checklist item with a review thumbnail corresponding to the review image. The method further includes presenting the checklist view with a notification and with the checklist item updated to include a punch thumbnail of a punch image from a builder interface. The method further includes receiving a punch review image from the trade interface. The method further includes updating the checklist item with a punch review thumbnail corresponding to the punch review image.
