GENERATING ACTIONABLE INSIGHT INTERFACES DERIVED FROM BUSINESS DATA SETS
Systems and methods are described for deriving actionable insight interfaces from received data sets using performance indicators and stored insight templates. A server may tag data columns of the data set, which may be then mapped to a plurality of performance indicator inputs to determine a plurality of performance indicators. A selected insight template may then be retrieved from a template database based on the determined performance indicators matching input requirements of the selected insight template. Each insight template stored within the template database may be stored as a data object that includes a plurality of rules and narrative text that provides a text recommendation based on the rule outputs. After the rules for the selected insight template have been executed, the narrative text and the rule outputs may be transmitted to a display device for display on an insight graphic interface.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MATCHING ELECTRONIC ACTIVITIES WITH RECORD OBJECTS BASED ON ENTITY RELATIONSHIPS
The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for matching electronic activities with record objects based on entity relationships. The method can include accessing a plurality of electronic activities, identifying an electronic activity, identifying a first participant associated with a first entity and a second participant associated with a second entity, determining whether a record object identifier is included in the electronic activity, identifying a first record object of the system of record that includes an instance of the record object identifier, and storing an association between the electronic activity and the first record object. The method can include determining a second record object corresponding to the second entity, identifying, using a matching policy, a third record object linked to the second record object and identifying a third entity, and storing, by the one or more processors, an association between the electronic activity and the third record object.
CONTEXT BASED PERFORMANCE BENCHMARKING
A system (102) includes a digital information repository (106) configured to store information about performances of individuals, including performances of an individual of interest. The system further includes a computing apparatus (103). The computing apparatus includes a memory (110) configured to store instructions for a performance benchmarking engine trained to learn factors of the performances that impact key performance indicators independent of the individuals’ performance. The computing apparatus further includes a processor (108) configured execute the stored instructions for the performance benchmarking engine to determine a key performance indicator of interest for the individual of interest based at least in part on the information in the digital information repository about the performances of the individual of interest and the learned factors that impact the key performance indicator of interest.
ESCALATION MANAGEMENT AND JOURNEY MINING
The journeys and/or timelines of multiple customers may be used in escalation management and/or journey mining. An event of interest, pertaining to an issue or an incident, on a timeline may be used in the escalation management and/or journey mining. Escalation management is directed to addressing and resolving incidents, problems, and customer situations which could result in a high level of customer dissatisfaction or damage to a service provider's reputation, using the appropriate response and/or resources. Journey mining is directed to using patterns across customers and their journeys to determine where things in the journey went differently than what was expected.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ANALYZING PROCESS FLOWS FOR A PROCESS PERFORMED BY USERS
The present disclosure relates to a method for determining optimal process flow (107) for a process performed by users (101) in a computing system. The method comprises receiving plurality of keystroke level events for each of plurality of process flows associated with the process, performed by plurality of users (101). Further, the method comprises determining one or more subtasks (105) for each of the plurality of process flows (102). A subtask comprises a set of events occurring together in the plurality of keystroke level events (103). Furthermore, the method comprises grouping one or more process flows from the plurality of process flows (102) to form one or more clusters (106), based on the one or more subtasks (105). Each cluster comprises the one or more process flows with similar subtasks. Thereafter, the method comprises determining an optimal process flow (107) in each cluster.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)-BASED PROTOCOL COMPLIANCE TRACKING FOR WORKPLACE APPLICATIONS
A new approach is proposed that supports protocol compliance by a person in various workplace applications and environments. The proposed approach determines if a person is following a set of protocols/procedures created and defined to ensure safety and efficiency of the workers/employees in his/her workplace environment. This proposed approach focuses on specifying one or more zones of interest, identifying presence of the person and/or an object associated with the person in the one or more zones of interest, classifying a sequence of activities and/or postures of the person, and determining the durations of the activities. A is notified if it is determined that the person is not in compliance with the set of protocols in the workplace environment. In addition, data collected from the one or more zones of interest is stored securely in a local site to protect confidentiality of production processes as well as privacy of the person.
Systems and methods of efficiently performing biological assays
An automated laboratory system for processing biological samples in a batch type manner is disclosed. In one embodiment, the system may receive assay instructions for biological samples processing among a plurality of devices. The devices may include a pre-analytical instrument and one or more analysis systems. The system may include an orchestration core application for determining an order of performance for the assays ordered for the samples.
Production management support system and production management support method that automatically determine loss factors
A system performs a loss factor determination which refers to, for each of two or more different Ms from among 4 Ms (Man, Machine, Material, and Method), a time series data group representing a time series of a state of an element belonging to the M, and which determines, for each period between time points, whether or not a state combination in the same period between time points corresponds to one or a plurality of loss state combinations. In each period between time points, the state combination is a combination of two or more states belonging to the period between time points and corresponding to the two or more Ms. The loss state combination is a state combination defined as an opportunity loss. With each loss state combination, a loss factor, which is a factor of an opportunity loss corresponding to the loss state combination, is associated.
Information technology (IT) topology solutions according to operational goals
Disclosed are various examples for determining an IT topology for an enterprise IT organization based on operational goals of the enterprise organization. Visual models that are designed to facilitate responses associated with the current IT topology and operational goals of an enterprise IT organization are displayed to an entity of the enterprise. The entity can provide enterprise profile data to an IT solutions system by interacting with user interfaces. The IT solutions system can generate the IT topology prescription and roadmap for implementing the IT topology prescription based on the operational goals identified in the responses. Statements of work can be dynamically generated that outline details and terms of implementing the IT topology prescription for the enterprise IT organization.
