ELECTRONIC SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CLAIMING AND RESERVING WORK AREAS
Embodiments herein generally relate to an electronic system and a method of monitoring and providing feedback to adjust and improve the allocation of, use of, and/or control over one or more physical spaces. Embodiments of the disclosure can provide an electronic system and method that allows a user to reserve a work space within a room or building. The methods disclosed herein can include inputting one or more desk preferences into one or more processing devices, receiving, at one or more electronic devices, the desk preferences, determining whether a suitable desk matching the desk preferences is available, and generating an alert on the one or more electronic devices regarding the availability of the suitable desk.
EMPLOYEE DATA REPLICATION SYSTEM
Disclosed herein are various embodiments for an employee data replication system. An embodiment operates by receiving a request to replicate employee data hosted by a host system. At least one of: a live date corresponding to when the employee data is to be live on the enterprise system or a selection of one or more applications to be used on the enterprise system is identified. A cutoff date for the employee data is calculated based on one or more of the live date and the selection of one or more applications, the cutoff date indicating an oldest date for which the employee data is to be replicated to the enterprise system. Employee data is replicated from the host system to the enterprise system based on the cutoff date, and an indication is provided that the replication has completed.
Probation and Reentry Coach Application
A system for aiding in the probation, parole, and social reentry of a justice-involved person (JIP) is provided. The system may be used by both the probation and parole officers, and other justice team members (referred to generally as the justice team), as well as the justice-involved person to better connect JIPs to local services and for engagement and progress tracking.
CONFLICT DE-ESCALATION TRAINING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A conflict de-escalation training system includes a reproducer of sound and images and at least one device adapted to detect speech, proximity, and movement of a human trainee relative to the reproducer. Database(s) store trigger event definitions and natural language understanding (NLU) rules. A trigger analyzer determines when one of the trigger event definitions is satisfied by trainee’s speech/actions. An intent analyzer ascertains intent of the trainee’s speech using the NLU rules. A compliancy state generator determines a state value based on at least one of the intent of the trainee’s speech, proximity, and movement. The state value indicates a level of compliance of an imaginary individual being subjected to the trainee’s speech/actions. An output generator generates facial images and speech responses for the imaginary individual based on the state value. The facial images and speech responses are provided to the reproducer for output thereby.
Calendar Event Scheduling Artificial Intelligence Assistant using Natural Language
An intelligent assistant of a computing system receives a first message from a first client device. The computing system interfaces with calendar servers associated with electronic calendars associated with the possible attendees to retrieve calendar information for each possible attendee. The computing system analyzes the calendar information to identify a plurality of possible time slots for the calendar event. The computing system prompts the target user to select a time slot by sending the target user a message comprising the plurality of possible time slots. The computing system receives a selection of the time slot from the plurality of possible time slots from the target user via a reply message. The computing system identifies a subset of possible attendees associated with the time slot. The computing system, in real-time, schedules the calendar event comprising the target user and the subset of possible attendees.
FEEDBACK CONTROL FOR AUTOMATED MESSAGING ADJUSTMENTS
A processor may receive data and generate a quantified representation of the data by processing the data using at least one machine learning (ML) algorithm, the quantified representation of the data indicating a sentiment of content of the data. The processor may automatically revise the content of the communications data. The revising may include determining a reaction to the content of the communications data, generating a quantified representation of the reaction, determining a difference between the quantified representation of the reaction and the quantified representation of the communications data, identifying, based on the difference, a portion of the content having an unintended sentiment, and replacing the portion of the content with different content.
REPRESENTATIVE TASK GENERATION AND CURATION
Systems and methods for automatically providing templates for the creation of projects and tasks based on messages exchanged between members and assigned representatives are provided. A system receives, in real-time, a set of messages between a member and a representative as the set of messages are being exchanged. The system, based on these messages, automatically identifies issue. The system can further identify one or more templates for defining a task that is performable to address the issue. The system can present the one or more templates such that, when a template is selected and used to define a task, the task can be performed to address the issue.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MATCHING ELECTRONIC ACTIVITIES WITH RECORD OBJECTS BASED ON ENTITY RELATIONSHIPS
The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for matching electronic activities with record objects based on entity relationships. The method can include accessing a plurality of electronic activities, identifying an electronic activity, identifying a first participant associated with a first entity and a second participant associated with a second entity, determining whether a record object identifier is included in the electronic activity, identifying a first record object of the system of record that includes an instance of the record object identifier, and storing an association between the electronic activity and the first record object. The method can include determining a second record object corresponding to the second entity, identifying, using a matching policy, a third record object linked to the second record object and identifying a third entity, and storing, by the one or more processors, an association between the electronic activity and the third record object.

METHODS, SYSTEMS, AND MEDIA FOR MODIFYING THE PRESENTATION OF CONTEXTUALLY RELEVANT DOCUMENTS IN BROWSER WINDOWS OF A BROWSING APPLICATION
Methods, systems, and media for presenting contextually relevant information are provided. In some implementations, the method includes: receiving information associated with a user of a user device from multiple data sources, where the user device comprises a display; identifying, without user intervention, a relevant document based on the received information associated with the user of the user device; determining that a new browser window or a new browser tab has been opened by a browser application being executed by the user device; and causing, without user intervention, the relevant document to be presented using the new browser window or new browser tab.
