20230052197 · 2023-02-16 ·

A system and method to conduct secure electronic financial transactions are provided. The method includes receiving a request, from a user, to perform a transaction with a merchant; generating a virtual check comprising a checking account number, a bank routing number, and a date; displaying the virtual check on at least one of a display of an electronic device of a user or the merchant; receiving input from the user corresponding to at least one of a plurality of check fields; receiving a virtual signature from the user; encrypting the virtual signature; storing the encrypted virtual signature in a database; decrypting and embedding, in the image of the virtual check, the virtual signature received from the user; populating the virtual check based on the received input and depositing the virtual check.

SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR SIMULTANEOUS RESOURCE EVALUATION AND VALIDATION TO AVOID DOWNSTREAM TAMPERING

Systems, methods, and computer program products are provided for validating a deposit request. The method includes receiving a deposit request from a user device. The deposit request includes a deposit transaction information relating to an intended deposit. The method also includes determining a deposit transaction confidence level based on the deposit transaction information. The deposit transaction confidence level indicates a likelihood of the intended deposit being perfected. The method further includes causing a transmission of an audit request to the user device relating to the deposit request upon determining the deposit transaction confidence level is below a confidence level threshold. The audit request includes a request to confirm one or more details relating to the deposit request. The method still further includes determining a deposit determination based on a response to the audit response. The deposit determination indicates whether the intended deposit will be executed.

OUTSTANDING CHECK ALERT
20230049335 · 2023-02-16 ·

Systems as described herein generate an outstanding check alert. An alert generating server may receive transaction records associated with a plurality of checking accounts. The alert generating server may user a first machine learning classifier to determine a transaction pattern indicating a merchant has failed to process outstanding checks for a period of time. The alert generating server may receive sequential check information comprising at least one missing check number associated with a particular checking account. The alert generating server may user a second machine learning classifier to determine at least one outstanding check associated with the particular checking account. The alert generating server may send an alert indicating the at least one outstanding check to a user device.

Methods for facilitating funds disbursements and devices thereof

Systems and methods for facilitating a disbursement of funds to a payee are provided. The methods include receiving a payment request from a payor; generating a code, such as barcode, a Quick Response (QR) code, a Near Field Communication (NFC) code, or a textual string, that corresponds to the received payment request; transmitting the generated code to the payee; validating the code when the code is entered into a payment disbursement machine, such as an automated teller machine; and disbursing at least one of the funds and a payment voucher via the payment disbursement machine.

Image data extraction for transaction management

Techniques are described for migrating information from a first account to a second account, based on analyzed image(s) of document(s). Image(s) of a document may be generated using an image capture device of a smartphone or other portable computing device. The image(s) may be analyzed, through pattern recognition analysis or barcode scanning, to extract the information from the image(s). The information may then be employed to schedule a transaction, such as payment of a bill described in the information. In some instances, the extracted information may be used as part of an account migration process, in which transactions are migrated from a first account to a second account.

ELECTRONIC PAYMENT CLEARING AND CHECK IMAGE EXCHANGE SYSTEMS AND METHODS

A system and corresponding method are provided. The system includes a plurality of first entities (such as banks), each first entity communicatively connected to at least one distributed traffic agent (DTA), a second entity (such as a central facility) communicatively connected to a DTA, and a communication network communicatively connecting the DTAs. A payload containing a data file (such as electronic check presentment data, electronic payment data, or any other data type) is communicated from one first entity to another through their respective DTAs via the communication network. In addition, a transmittal containing control information corresponding to the payload is communicated from the one first entity to the second entity through their respective DTAs via the communication network.

METHOD FOR AUTHENTICATING FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTION REQUESTS

A method for authenticating a check of a plurality of checks where the check was previously issued from a first party to a second party, including receiving first information from the first party, storing the first information in a file of a third party and receiving the check. The check has first party identifying information, a unique pseudorandom number of a pseudorandom sequence, and an amount. A status of activating the plurality of checks is determined. At least a portion of the first party identifying information included with the check, the unique pseudorandom number included with the check and the check amount included with the check are authenticated. The received check is authenticated if the first party, the unique pseudorandom number included with the check and the amount included with the check are authenticated and if the plurality of checks have been activated.

Multi-network tokenization systems and methods

A computing system for electronically managing a token across multiple computer networks is described. The computing system includes a processor in communication with at least one memory device. The processor is programmed to generate a token associated with a payment account, the token having a format that simulates a format of a checking account identifier, and receive a payment request including the token, the payment request processed over a first network. The processor is also programmed to apply a set of rules to the payment request, determine that the payment request satisfies the set of rules, and convert the token into a payment account identifier using the set of rules. The processor is further programmed to transmit an authorization request message to a second network, receive authorization of the authorization request message from the second network, and provide authorization of the payment request to the first network.

Interbank account verification and funds transfer system and method

A process includes receiving a check deposit and a withdrawal request associated with an account of a customer, the account associated with a first amount, the check deposit includes a second amount greater than the first amount, and the withdrawal request includes a third amount greater than the first amount. The process further includes forwarding, via an account verification system, an inquiry message regarding the check deposit to a paying computing system, the inquiry message including an identifier of the paying computing system, the inquiry message forwarded prior to settlement of the check deposit. The process further includes determining real time account status information of the account of the payor, and authorizing in real time relative to when the real time account status is accessed.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SECURELY GENERATING AND PRINTING A DOCUMENT

Systems and methods for securely generating and printing documents are disclosed. For example, processor(s) of a computer system may receive information for the document from a computing device through a network, verify the information for the document, and upon verification, generate document generation data using at least a portion of the information for the document. The document generation data may include document metadata that enables generation of an image of the document and/or the image of the document. Upon the processor(s) verifying first authentication information of a first code associated with a printing device received from the computing device through the network and second authentication information of a second code associated with the computing device received from the printing device through the network, the processor(s) may transmit the document generation data to the printing device through the network, and cause the printing device to print the image of the document.
