20230045774 · 2023-02-09 · ·

A system software and method which relates to the field of computing technology or business process models or computer systems or distributed computer systems or computer networks relating to general purpose devices that can be programmed to carry out a set of data table or hash table updates, validations or modifications supporting, enabling or executing public and private services, financial transactions and commercial applications. More specifically, the present invention is directed to distributed and decentralized computing in which said distributed network is supported and encrypted by cryptographic technology, hash functions and distributed public or private keys or other related technology. System and methods for managing dynamic electronic documents on a private distributed ledger comprise establishing a dynamic electronic document comprising a first state object, wherein the state object references a prior approved first transaction; proposing a second transaction comprising as an input the first state object and as an output a transaction command to alter the state object as well as what parameters are required to validate the second transaction; validating the proposed second transaction; and updating the state object on a private distributed ledger to reference the second transaction.

Disclosed is a system for enrolling a user for facilitation of transactions using biometric authentication. The enrolling system includes an application program that is configured to: receive a user attribute; create an anonymous client reference (ACR) associated with the user attribute; and receive a biometric template. The biometric template has been determined from an input of a biometric. The enrolling system is further configured to create an association between the biometric template and the ACR.

ELECTRONIC PAYMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD SUITABLE FOR OTT ENVIRONMENT
20230011615 · 2023-01-12 ·

The present disclosure relates to a payment system and method using a real-name account of a seller, the system and method being expanded from universal payment gateway (PG) platforms to the over the top (OTT) platform market and, more specifically, a payment system and method in which a payment exclusive account (hereinafter, payment account) opened in the real-name of a seller is used by default so that, in non-face-to-face electronic commerce, transactions may be conducted in real-time through live broadcasts between a plurality of unspecified sellers and a plurality of unspecified buyers at home and abroad, thereby enabling convenient, speedy, and safe processing with reduced processing costs.

Illicit proceeds tracking system

A computerized method produces an identity code to identify each subject stored in the computer systems connected to a computer network while protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the subject. A central computer system receives an identity code of a suspect of a financial crime and sends the identity code to all computer systems connected to the computer network. The computer systems that have the matched identity code send the requested information to the central computer system. As a result, law enforcement organizations can eliminate crimes and financial institutions can recover the money stolen from them. In addition, law enforcement organizations and financial institutions can identify money launderers that are missed by their anti-money laundering transactional monitoring systems.

SYSTEM AND METHOD OF PROVIDING TOKENIZATION AS A SERVICE
20180005228 · 2018-01-04 ·

Systems, devices, apparatuses, and methods for providing tokenization as a service are provided. Embodiments of the invention involve decoupling “tokenization service” from other services offered by a merchant service provider, and offering the tokenization service as a stand alone service. In accordance with an embodiment, a merchant service provider can receive payment data associated with a transaction between a consumer and a first entity. The merchant service provider can generate a payment token that represents the payment data and transmit a copy of the payment token to the first entity. The first entity can then transmit the payment token and order information to a second entity specified in the transaction. The merchant service provider can subsequently receive a request to complete the transaction from the second entity. The request can include the copy of the payment token from the second entity.

ANONYMIZED BIOMETRIC DATA INTEGRATION

Biometric features are derived from security data associated with a subject. The security data is obtained from a security device. A biometric value is calculated from the biometric features. The biometric value is anonymized to an identifier associated with the subject. The identifier is integrated with event data associated with a security system. In an embodiment, the security device is a Personal Identification Number (PIN) pad integrated into a transaction terminal, the security data is fingerprint data, which is read from a finger of the subject placed on a fingerprint reader integrated into the PIN pad, and the biometric value is a PIN calculated from fingerprint data during a transaction at the transaction terminal. In an embodiment, the security device is a security camera, the security data is a secure video stream, and the biometric features are facial features of the subject in the secure video stream.

Broadly speaking, embodiments of the present techniques provide methods and systems to enable a user to securely share user information with a third party. The user information is based on a user data item, but the user data item itself is kept secret and not shared with the third party. The present techniques generate a digital attestation or verifiable credential containing the user information to Receiving an attestation request for a fact be shared.

SECURE ELECTRONIC SHOPPING CART TRANSFER AND MERGE

Methods and systems for securely transferring and merging an electronic shopping cart curated by an affiliate online service for purchase on a retailer online service is disclosed. The retailer online service provides an anonymous token to the affiliate online service that allows the affiliate online service to curate an anonymous electronic shopping cart for a user that does not include any identifying information that links the user to a guest account of the retailer online service. When the user is redirected from the affiliate online service to the retailer online service, the anonymous token is validated. Upon validation of the anonymous token, the retailer online service obtains identifying information linking the user to the guest account of the retailer online service and obtain a pre-existing electronic shopping cart linked to the guest account. The retailer online service then merges the anonymous electronic shopping cart with the pre-existing electronic shopping cart.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PRIVACY PRESERVING FRAUD DETECTION DURING ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS
20230026121 · 2023-01-26 ·

A method and apparatus for performing privacy preserving fraud detection in network based transactions are described. The method may include receiving a fraud detection message during a transaction between a user system and a merchant system, the message having a set of cryptographically transformed universal resource locator (URL) components generated from a URL of a web page of the merchant system on which the transaction is to occur. The method may also include generating one or more secure and anonymous fraud detection features, each fraud detection feature comprising a select subset of the cryptographically transformed URL components. The method may also include performing fraud detection for the web page using the one or more secure and anonymous fraud detection features to determine a likelihood that fraud is occurring in the transaction.

A system is provided for controlling privacy in an exchange of an asset. The system receives an offer query of an offeror that includes an offeror reveal condition, an asset identifier of the asset, and offeror terms of exchange. The system accesses an offeree reveal condition and offeree terms of exchange for the asset. The system determines whether the offeror reveal condition and the offeree reveal condition are satisfied and determines whether the offeror terms of exchange and the offeree terms of exchange are satisfied. When the offeror reveal condition, the offeree reveal condition, the offeror terms of exchange, and the offeree terms of exchange are satisfied, the system reveals the offeror to the offeree and the offeree to the offeror.
