A computerized system conducts customer identification processing for customers who remotely open accounts with personal identification information that cannot be verified through available data sources. The system receives a portion of identity data in response to a request for the customer to provide the portion of identity data from a customer identification document during a financial transaction. The system updates an identity profile of the customer by combining the portion of identity data with different portions of previously received identity data that were previously received from different merchants during transactions between the customer and the different merchants. Based on comparing the identity profile to unverified identity data of the customer, the system determines whether to maintain or terminate the account.

The customer does not need to share sensitive credit/debit card information every time he/she makes a payment. The system tokenizes and encrypts the card information, and also registers the customer's voice fingerprint. The customer can make future payments to any affiliated merchant with a voice command, as simple as sending a voice message through the social media application. Businesses can send payment requests to their customers through social media messages. The customer may attend to the merchant's messages whenever he/she wishes, without jeopardizing financial safety and without receiving annoying phone calls for payments.

The unique identifier (UID) is serial numbers, random numbers, names maintained by a central registry, or codes maintained by a central registry. The unique identifier (UID) assigned to the selected product is a Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), a Universal Product Code (UPC), a Global Trade Item Number (GTIN), an International Article Number (EAN), or an Australian Product Number (APN).

Automated analysis of and response to social media

Methods and systems for managing a public perspective of an entity by analyzing online posts and automatically performing actions in response to these online posts are described herein. Real-time feeds of online posts may be streamed from social media servers. Online posts that are determined to be related to the entity may be extracted from the feeds and accumulated for analysis. A sentiment analysis may be performed on the online posts to determine the public perspective toward the entity. Content of the online posts may be analyzed to determine whether it is related to a prohibited transaction or an inquiry for a product or a service offered by the entity. Actions may be automatically performed to prevent the prohibited transaction from occurring. Resources related to the product or the service may be offered in response to the online post.
