USER INTERFACE FOR TRANSACTIONS

The present disclosure generally relates to techniques for managing contextual transactions. In some examples, at a sender electronic device, a first user provides authorization to purchase an item for a second user. In some examples, at a recipient device, the second user selects one or more attributes for the item and requests to claim the item. In some examples, an electronic device displays a representation of an item and a purchase affordance for purchasing the item using a payment system that is available on the electronic device.

Apparatus and method for payment of a texting session order from an electronic wallet

An intelligent interface responds to an order received in a text messaging session by initiating payment from an electronic wallet. An IP network interface receives requests including a source phone number, message content and the destination phone number. From the requests, an order program receives an order destined to a client establishment associated with the destination phone number. A response is generated with payment options from an electronic wallet associated with the source phone number. A reply generator generates a reply including the source phone number as a destination, the destination phone number as a source and the response. Selection of one of the payment options in the response causes the order program to process the payment for the order from the electronic wallet and forward the order to the client establishment.

TRANSACTION AUTHENTICATION METHOD, SERVER AND SYSTEM USING TWO COMMUNICATION CHANNELS

A transaction method for a user using a first and a second terminal and connected to a server via a first and a second communication channel, respectively. The first terminal sends a transaction amount to the server. The server establishes a verification code whose length depends on the transaction amount, then sends a request to the first terminal and the verification code to the second terminal. The user returns the request filled in with a copied code to the server using the first terminal. The server compares the verification code with the copied code and sends a transaction validation or invalidation message to the first terminal depending on the comparison.

Method and system for connecting and facilitating the machine-to-machine delivery of a gift that may or may not have monetary value

A computer-implemented method and system for facilitating a sending of a gift from a first machine to a second machine may include a processor of a computer server reviewing a first list of one or more names of people maintained in a computer database. The processor may review context information related to the one or more names to determine if a moment exists for sending a gift from a first machine to a second machine. Content providers may also request one or more gifts to be identified when a second machine is proximate to a content provider who may fulfill a gift.

Information processing method, apparatus, device, and storage medium

The present application discloses an information processing method. The method includes: acquiring a resource package parameter determined by a sender client; invoking an interface with a second server, and acquiring a current conversion rate that is between the first-type resource and a second-type resource and is issued by the second server; calculating a quantity of second-type resources equal in value to the first quantity of first-type resources according to the conversion rate, and using the quantity as a second quantity; deducting the second quantity of second-type resources from a second-type resource account of the sender client, and generating at least one resource package, a sum of quantities corresponding to the at least one resource package being equal to the first quantity; and distributing the at least one resource package to at least one receiver client by using the link information.

Various embodiments are described herein that relate to network-connected data cables (i.e., “smart” data cables) that are connected to a merchant's point of sale system and a receipt printer. When a transaction is initiated at the point of sale system, transaction data is created by the point of sale system and passed to the smart data cable for transmission downstream to the receipt printer. The smart data cable can parse the transaction data, copy certain elements from the transaction data, and transmit the copied elements to a cloud-based platform that processes the transaction. For example, the cloud-based platform may compare the copied elements to information supplied by the customer through a messaging application executing on the customer's user device. The information may be provided by the customer to a chat bot that is supported by the cloud-based platform.

A method, including: at a client terminal of a user of a social network platform: displaying a first network resource published by a first resource publisher; displaying a resource rewarding affordance in association with the first network resource or an identifier of the first resource publisher; detecting user selection of the resource rewarding affordance; and in accordance with a determination that the resource rewarding affordance has been selected while the resource rewarding affordance is displayed in association with the first network resource or the identifier of the first resource publisher, initiating a resource rewarding operation to reward the first resource publisher on the social network platform, wherein the resource rewarding operation transfers reward goods from a social network account of the user to a social network account of the first resource publisher on the social network platform.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR USING A BIOMETRIC PAYMENT DEVICE

Systems and methods are described related to using flexible circuity in a payment device. In one embodiment, a payment device comprises a computing device and a memory. The computing device is configured to store a biometric identifier associated with a transaction account. The computing device is configured to at least receive, by the antenna, an interrogation signal from a point of sale (POS) device in order to activate the payment device for a payment transaction. The computing device is configured to determine a scanned fingerprint identifier of a user based at least in part on the interrogation signal activating the payment device and authenticate the scanned fingerprint identifier by matching the scanned fingerprint identifier to the biometric identifier. The transaction account is transmitted to the POS device for processing the payment transaction based at least in part on the authentication of the scanned fingerprint identifier.
