METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR RECORDING FORWARD ROYALTIES USING A DISTRIBUTED LEDGER
To manage property records using a multi-layered hybrid distributed ledger architecture, identification information for a particular property is obtained and transmitted to at least one participant in a public distributed ledger network for a public distributed ledger layer. Ownership information for the same particular property is obtained and transmitted to at least one participant in a federated distributed ledger network for a federated distributed ledger layer. Transaction-related documents for the same particular property are obtained and transmitted to at least one participant in a private distributed ledger network for a private distributed ledger. The distributed ledger layers are different layers of a property distributed ledger each having a separate set of consensus rules for appending distributed ledger data to the respective layer. This allows for the immutable preservation of royalty terms and conditions for a property or asset using the distributed ledger.

TAINTED ASSET MARKER MANAGEMENT
Systems, methods, and computer programming products for detecting, clearing and/or separating potentially tainted digital assets entering a digital network, providing an avenue to satisfy regulatory requirements and ensure digital asset trading is uninterrupted due to the presence of tainted assets. Specialized nodes of the blockchain network intercept incoming transactions and routes the digital assets to a clearing house for analysis, processing and separation of potentially tainted assets. The clearing house uses a plurality of techniques to track, trace and analyze digital assets using techniques provided by the blockchain network or utilizing one or more service providers. Cleared assets are processed and channeled from the clearing house to the wallets or addresses designated by the transaction information and assets with high potential for being tainted are placed within a special wallet for additional clearance and regulatory scrutiny.
Aggregated media rights platform
In one embodiment, a processing device receives a first digital fingerprint of a media item along with a first content management rule. The processing device separately receives a second digital fingerprint of the media item along with a second content management rule. The processing device determines that the received digital fingerprints are for the same media item based upon a match between the first digital fingerprint and the second digital fingerprint. The processing device determines that all rights to the media item have been accounted for, and then determines a set of actions to be performed for hosted media items comprising the media item based at least in part upon the first content management rule and the second content management rule. Processing logic may also perform a conflict resolution process for conflicting rights claims to the media item.

CONTRACT NEGOTIATION ASSISTANCE SYSTEM AND METHOD
In some embodiments, systems, apparatuses, methods, and processes are provided to assist parties in contract negotiations. In some embodiments, a system for use by a first party in contract negotiation with a second party comprises: a control circuit; and a contract term playbook database accessible by the control circuit; wherein the control circuit is configured to: receive, from a user of the first party via a user interface, feedback from the second party regarding a contract term of a draft contract; access the contract term playbook database using the feedback; and output, to the user via the user interface, guidance for response to the second party regarding the contract term and preapproved by the first party.
Devices and methods for selective contactless communication
A card having an antenna, one or processors, and memory having stored thereon a first application and a second application configured to receive an input of the card and determine a request associated with the input. The card is further configured to activate, responsive to determining that the request is consistent with a contactless EuroPay-MasterCard-Visa (EMV) data standard, the first application. The first application is configured to communicate, via near field communication (NFC), data to the communicating device via the antenna based on the EMV data standard for payment purposes. The card is further configured to activate, responsive to determining that the request is consistent with a near field communication data exchange format (NDEF) standard, the second application. The second application is configured to communicate, via NFC, data to the communicating device via the antenna based on the NDEF standard for verification/identification purposes.
Telephonic payment processing method for online services
According to an embodiment, access to an online resource is enabled by associating a telephony number with a network resource that is made available at a network location, where network resource is protected so as to be inaccessible without access being provided for users individually. A particular user may be detected in initiating a telephony session using the number. Access to the network resource may be activated or authorized for the particular user in response to detecting the user initiating the telephony session.
