Aspects of the disclosure relate to processing systems perform dynamic asset adjustment. A computing platform may split a parent element of a stored element chain into sub-elements, containing a fixed parameter and a variable parameter and each linked to the parent element through the stored element chain. The computing platform may determine a change in the variable parameter, resulting in a modified variable parameter. Based on a comparison of the modified variable parameter to a plurality of predetermined discrepancy thresholds, the computing platform may determine a number of quorum approvers for approval of the change to the variable parameter. The computing platform may receive quorum approval inputs corresponding to the number of quorum approvers for the approval of the change to the variable parameter. Based on the plurality of quorum approval inputs received, the computing platform may determine that a quorum approval threshold is satisfied.
Downstream tracking of content consumption
An example operation may include one or more of storing, within a blockchain, a request comprising an identifier of content and a value of a user who created the content, detecting consumption of a reusable instance of the content by a second user, designating fractional values of the content to the first and second users based on the detected consumption of the reusable instance, and storing, within the blockchain, a second request comprising an identifier of the reusable instance of the content, identifiers of the first and second users, and the designated fractional values of the content to the first and second users.

Methods for managing digital content are provided. In one aspect, a method includes receiving a succession plan request from a first user device to initiate a succession plan to designate ownership rights to digital content owned by an owner associated with the first user device and an owner account. The method includes receiving succession information of at least one successor. The method includes determining whether payment associated with the owner account is missed. The method includes transmitting, in response to determining that payment is missed, a notification to the first user device notifying the owner that payment is missed. The method includes archiving the digital content. The method includes transmitting a first communication to the at least one successor to accept ownership of the digital content. The method includes designating ownership of the digital content to the at least one successor. System and machine-readable media are also provided.
Digital Rights Management and Updates
Digital rights management update techniques are described. In one or more implementations, a digital rights management module embedded as part of content and used to control access to individual items of the content is updated. In one example, this update is configured to address a change is specified traits for a particular user population such that access continues to be accurately controlled for that user population. In another example, control actions used by the digital rights management module to control access to the content are updated based on changes to a behavior of a user population.
Digital Rights Management using Organizational Associations
Digital rights management techniques that leverage organizational associations are described, such as a job title of a user, department in which the user works, and so forth. A digital medium environment is configured to control access to at least on item of content by digital rights management functionality embedded as part of the content. Data is collected that describes organizational traits associated with a request received from the user to access the content. A determination is made from the data using a digital rights management module embedded as part of the content as to whether the organizational traits meet specified traits of an organization behavior of a digital rights management policy enforced by the digital rights management module for the at least one item of the content. Responsive to a determination that the specified traits are met, access is permitted to the least one item of the content by the embedded digital rights management module.

Title-enabled networking
Methods and apparatus are provided for processing packets in a network. A received packet includes title materials which include one or more of a title object, a component of the title object, or a reference to the title object. The title object is a digital bearer instrument representing at least one right relating to processing of the packet in the network which may be redeemed by presentation of the title object to a title-enabled device or process operating in the network. Upon validation of the title object, the packet is processed in the network in accordance with the at least one right represented by the title object.

System and method of enforcing and monitoring contracts
There is provided a method of enforcing a contract for the access of content, using a blockchain comprising a unique identifier of the content, a one or more digital contracts for the use of the content, and a public key. Tokens are generated with a private key associated with the public key and used to provide access to the content. A chain of ownership can be identified from the digital contracts on the blockchain.
