SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR RESOLVING TRANSACTIONS WITH LUMP SUM PAYMENT CAPABILITIES
A system and method for settling of a transaction is provided. The system includes a server arrangement having a rules based engine and a meta-object system comprising a runtime utility engine configured to compile multiple meta-object instances, wherein the server arrangement is configured to receive a lump sum payment proposal from the user, the lump sum payment proposal comprising only that amount the user is presently willing to pay, process information comprising the lump sum payment proposal according to the rules, and present a second transaction settlement offer set to the user including the lump sum payment proposal and a plurality of offers limited to a plurality of installment payment options with no further immediate payment offered beyond the lump sum payment proposal.
BLOCKCHAIN CONTROLLED MULTI-CARRIER AUCTION SYSTEM FOR USAGE-BASED AUTO INSURANCE
A system for generating and managing usage-based contracts using blockchains configured to (i) store an insurance contract for a currently occurring or upcoming trip, where the insurance contract is to insure the driver, passenger, and/or vehicle during the trip, where the insurance contract includes terms, conditions, or other clauses (e.g., mileage limitations, limitations on autonomous vehicle operation, etc.) and is in a blockchain structure, and where several nodes store copies of the insurance contract in the blockchain structure; (ii) receive, from the driver and/or (autonomous) vehicle, a requested modification of one or more terms, conditions, or other clauses of the insurance contract, (iii) transmit the requested modification to an insurance auction network, (iv) receive a response to the request from the insurance auction network; and (v) store the response in a new block in the insurance contract (e.g., a smart contract) to facilitate providing trip insurance in a transparent manner.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR PURCHASING AND COMMERCIALIZING REAL ESTATE
Embodiments of the present disclosure may include a computer implemented method of purchasing and commercializing real estate, including establishing a geospatial database of fractionalized real estate properties. Embodiments may also include enabling a buyer and a seller to input into a further database data corresponding to the buyer's and seller's desired parameters for purchase or rent of a portion of a fractionalized real estate property. Embodiments may also include automatically obtaining and storing data corresponding to information relating to the buyer and seller. Embodiments may also include matching a buyer and a seller for a transaction relating to a portion of a respective fractionalized real estate property. Embodiments may also include facilitating communication between the buyer and seller for negotiation of an agreement for purchase or rent of the portion of fractionalized real estate property.
DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM WITH MACHINE LEARNING ENGINE TO PROVIDE OUTPUT GENERATION FUNCTIONS
Methods, computer-readable media, systems, and/or apparatuses are provided for providing offer and insight generation functions. User input requesting an offer or insight may be received and an image of a photographic identification of a user may be requested. The image of the photographic identification may be captured and stored. A self-captured image of the user may be captured (e.g., via an image capture device of the computing device) and compared to an image of a user from the photographic identification. Responsive to determining that the images match, displaying an instruction to capture a vehicle identification number. The vehicle identification number may be captured. Data, including location data, may be extracted and an archive including the extracted data may be generated and the data may be transmitted to an entity computing system for processing. The entity computing system may evaluate the data and generate one or more insights and/or outputs.
DECENTRALIZED CONTENT DISTRIBUTION IN A COMPUTING SYSTEM
A method includes: receiving, at a computing device implementing a first node of a plurality of nodes forming a decentralized content distribution system, an inbound content request from an entry one of the nodes, the inbound content request including inbound search parameters derived from a client request received at the entry node; selecting, at the computing device, based on the inbound content request and a set of node profiles corresponding to the plurality of nodes, a further one of the nodes; transmitting an outbound content request to the selected further node, the outbound content request containing outbound search parameters based on the inbound search parameters; receiving, from the further node, subsidiary content corresponding to the outbound search parameters; and generating and transmitting, to the entry node, a response to the inbound content request, the response including an offer identifier and at least a portion of the subsidiary content.
CUSTOMIZED RISK RELATIONSHIP USER INTERFACE WORKFLOW
A computer server receives, from a remote user device, information about a new potential risk relationship customer (including at least one new user parameter). Based on the new user parameter, the computer server accesses third-party data and utilizes a stored procedure to read data about the new potential risk relationship customer from an internal table of cloud data. The data read from the internal table is processed to dynamically evolve a schema and create an incremental view of cloud data. The computer server uses the incremental view to read and output a current batch of cloud data. A user interface workflow is then customized via a machine learning algorithm that processes the information about the new potential risk relationship customer, the third-party data, and the current batch of cloud data. A user information data store can then be updated based on information collected via user interface displays.
Method for a Vehicle Part Exchange Program
A method and related software program for the purchasing, selling and exchanging of motor vehicle parts provides an efficient means to save customers money off the purchase of new parts and to effectively recycle old vehicle parts. In differing embodiments, the program may be software or a mobile application that allows a user to obtain the value of unneeded automobile parts. Further, the user can input a plurality of criteria related to the part in order to obtain the value, wherein third parties can also offer to buy the part.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR USER INTERFACE MANAGEMENT FOR CAPACITY-DRIVEN SCHEDULING
A computerized system and method for providing a user interface and system for managing scheduling of tasks on a capacity-driven basis that improves the efficiency of use of limited resources, and can reverse the typical balance of power and negotiation leverage, for example, in medical/healthcare provider and patient/consumer transactions. Providers can determine pricing, but Consumers can be notified of changes in capacity (e.g., due to appointment cancellations) that favor the patient/consumer, and present an opportunity for discounted pricing, while also allowing the provider to avoid a lost revenue opportunity. The system is structured to serve multiple unaffiliated providers, so that consumer demand and provider capacity may be matched across multiple providers, which is atypical in particular for medical/healthcare providers. This provides an increased opportunity for discounted services to the consumer/patient, and provides increased revenue opportunities across the multiple providers as lost revenue opportunities are decreased.
Systems and methods for creating 3D objects
Systems and methods for providing price quotes for 3D objects are described herein. In one embodiment, costs related to generating a 3D object molded from a 3D printer mold may be based on various parameters. The process for generating a price quote may include uploading an initial file to a server and converting that file into a 3D CAD file. The method may also include selecting units, materials, a finish, and/or a quantity of objects to be made. Based on the selections, the server may generate a price quote to produce the one or more objects, and a checkout option may be provided allowing the user to purchase the one or more objects.
Method, system, and computer-readable storage media for rendering of object data based on recognition and/or location matching
A system described herein uses data obtained from a wearable device of a first user to identify a second user and/or to determine that the first user is within a threshold distance of the second user. The system can then access an account of the second user to identify one or more items and retrieve model data for the item(s). The system causes the wearable device of the first user to render, for display in an immersive 3D environment (e.g., an augmented reality environment), an item associated with the account of the second user. The item can be rendered for display at a location on a display that is proximate to the second user (e.g., within a threshold distance of the second user) such that the item graphically corresponds to the second user. The item rendered for display may be an item of interest to the first user.
