Auditing of electronic documents
Auditing of mortgage documents is faster and simpler. An electronic mortgage application often contains or references a collection of many separate electronic mortgage documents. Electronic data representing an original version of an electronic mortgage document and its current version may be hashed to generate digital signatures. Any auditor may then quickly compare the digital signatures. If the digital signatures match, then the audit reveals that the electronic mortgage document has not changed since its creation. However, if the digital signatures do not match, then the electronic mortgage document has changed since its creation. The auditor may thus flag the electronic mortgage document for additional auditing processes.

Automatic discovery of cloud-based infrastructure and resources
A discovery computing system may receive an account identifier (ID) and a set of credentials required to access a first service account. The discovery computing system may transmit a first API query to a remote computing system. The discovery computing system may receive an organization identifier (ID) of the organization from the remote computing system. The discovery computing system may further transmit a second API query to the remote computing system. The discovery computing system may be further configured to receive information about a set of projects, in the organization, from the remote computing system. The discovery computing system may further generate a set of service accounts and further determine the set of resources, in the remote computing system, associated with each of the generated set of service accounts. The discovery computing system may further store the determined set of resources, as configuration items in a persistent storage.
Systems and methods for contract negotiation and drafting
The systems and methods herein provide a user-friendly, automated and transparent, contract drafting and negotiation tool. Through the contract drafting and negotiation tool two parties can negotiate agreement using template agreements including one or more sections in which each user is able to select one of a plurality of input options that affect the terms of the contract. In each instance, each party can see the option selected by the other party, as well as the options not selected by the other party. The systems and methods facilitate efficient and transparent contract negotiation and drafting.
Computer aided systems and methods for creating custom products
A computer-aided design system enables physical articles to be customized via printing or embroidering and enables digital content to be customized and electronically shared. A user interface may be generated that includes an image of a model of an article of manufacture and user customizable design areas that are graphically indicated on the image corresponding to the model. A design area selection may be received. In response to an add design element instruction and design element specification, the specified design element is rendered in the selected design area on the model image. Customization permissions associated with the selected design area are accessed, and using the customization permissions, a first set of design element edit tools are selected and rendered. User edits to the design element may be received and rendered in real time. Manufacturing instructions may be transmitted to a printing system.
Database generation from natural language text documents
Some embodiments may perform operations of a process that includes obtaining a natural language text document and use a machine learning model to generate a set of attributes based on a set of machine-learning-model-generated classifications in the document. The process may include performing hierarchical data extraction operations to populate the attributes, where different machine learning models may be used in sequence. The process may include using a pre-trained Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) model augmented with a pooling operation to determine a BERT output via a multi-channel transformer model to generate vectors on a per-sentence level or other per-text-section level. The process may include using a finer-grain model to extract quantitative or categorical values of interest, where the context of the per-sentence level may be retained for the finer-grain model.

Transaction-enabled systems and methods for royalty apportionment and stacking
Transaction-enabled systems and methods for royalty apportionment and stacking are disclosed. An example system may include a plurality of royalty generating elements (a royalty stack) each related to a corresponding one or more of a plurality of intellectual property (IP) assets (an aggregate stack of IP). The system may further include a royalty apportionment wrapper to interpret IP licensing terms and apportion royalties to a plurality of owning entities corresponding to the aggregate stack of IP in response to the IP licensing terms and a smart contract wrapper. The smart contract wrapper is configured to access a distributed ledger, interpret an IP description value and IP addition request, to add an IP asset to the aggregate stack of IP, and to adjust the royalty stack.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING TRANSACTIONS IN DYNAMIC DIGITAL DOCUMENTS
A system software and method which relates to the field of computing technology or business process models or computer systems or distributed computer systems or computer networks relating to general purpose devices that can be programmed to carry out a set of data table or hash table updates, validations or modifications supporting, enabling or executing public and private services, financial transactions and commercial applications. More specifically, the present invention is directed to distributed and decentralized computing in which said distributed network is supported and encrypted by cryptographic technology, hash functions and distributed public or private keys or other related technology. System and methods for managing dynamic electronic documents on a private distributed ledger comprise establishing a dynamic electronic document comprising a first state object, wherein the state object references a prior approved first transaction; proposing a second transaction comprising as an input the first state object and as an output a transaction command to alter the state object as well as what parameters are required to validate the second transaction; validating the proposed second transaction; and updating the state object on a private distributed ledger to reference the second transaction.
